Diesel aka Slowdizz (Sergey Sergeev)

For Sergey Sergeev, known on the club scene as Diesel, music became not just a hobby — it became his breath, his path, and his meaning.

He took his first steps in 2003, when an active DJ community was just emerging in Dnipropetrovsk. There, in a close circle of like-minded people, communicating directly with the masters of the Ukrainian dance scene, he absorbed experience, experimented in home studios, and searched for his own sound. His first sets, created at the intersection of vinyl and CD, gave his friends the brightest emotions. These home parties became the foundation of his future career.

In 2005, DJ Diesel stepped beyond private parties and made a name for himself on the professional stage. His first compilations for clubs, participation in parties, and inclusion in the lineup of the Exotica festival became a real breakthrough. From that moment, his name appeared more and more often on posters. He became a sought-after guest of club nights all over Ukraine.

Over the course of several years, Diesel has become one of the most prominent representatives of the country's house culture. His signature sound, deep and energetic, has become a beloved tradition in many clubs. He knew how to unite the audience, creating an atmosphere on the dance floor where everyone felt part of something bigger.

His achievements are impressive:
participant of the legendary Kazantip and Global Gathering Ukraine festivals;
representative of Dnipro at Godskitchen Ukraine and the conceptual stage Urban Reality (Godskitchen Urban Wave);
participant of the cult project Free Voyage;
resident of SendRecords;
host of the popular radio show Deep Planet on Renaissance FM and DJ FM.

Over the years, he has not lost his thirst for experimentation. Today, Diesel aka Slowdizz remains true to house culture, while also exploring new directions — from melodic deep house to darker and deeper sounds. His sets have become even more mature:now they combine the energy of club nights with the mindfulness of a musician who has traveled a long journey.

In recent years, Diesel aka Slowdizz has increasingly explored the atmospheric and sensual facets of electronic music. His style has been enriched with the sounds of downtempo, organic house, and electronica, in which he reveals new emotions and builds a special space of trust between the music and the listener. These performances become not just dance events, but almost meditative experiences, allowing the audience to live through every note.

The New Year becomes a time for his own projects. Diesel aka Slowdizz started releasing his own tracks and remixes, some of which are played in his sets and also receive support from leading Ukrainian and European DJs. He actively collaborates with young artists, helping them find their path and integrate into the culture. Inspiring a new generation, he himself discovers fresh ideas and sounds that fill his music with life.

Modern performances by Diesel aka Slowdizz are not just music, but true journeys. Each performance is filled with an atmosphere where the dance floor dissolves in time, and the audience is carried away in a sound flow.
