I created this mix mainly because I couldn't find the complete version of the guided Wim Hoff breathing technique. I mixed all recordings (links down below) to create a full version of this session. I feel, that 10 rounds are perfect to get all the benefits from it. There are about 2 minutes of breath retention, and on inhaling retention there is a guide to use a lot of power and squeeze parts of the body, which I found very profound.
