Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as deep or belly breathing.
A technique that involves using the diaphragm, a muscle below the lungs, to control breathing. 
This method focuses on expanding the abdomen rather than the chest during inhalation, leading to deeper and more efficient breaths. 
It's a valuable tool for stress reduction, pain management, and improving overall well-being.

MLTX comenzó su trayectoria musical dese muy chico, dominando la batería y tocando en bandas de hardcore, punk rock y heavy metal. Influencias que le sirvieron como base para lo que hoy es su ya perfeccionado sonido eléctrico.  

Gracias a su talento y constancia, este artista de origen brasileño se ha ganado el cariño y reconocimiento de podcasts internacionales, generando así una grande comunidad en sus principales  plataformas como SoundCloud. I got hooked on Kick's & Hi-Hat's at the age of 13 during the early days of New Beat . At the age of 15 I started mixin house & Techno using casettes and vinyl.   

It wasn't untill I heard Sasha & John Digweed play that I made a switch to progressive,  ...ever since then I've been playing  a progressive style that has a punch combined with still melodic moments. 

That being said, , ...hope you enjoy the music
