CymAddicts & Cymatics? What's the difference? Cymatics from the Greek "κῦμα" meaning "wave", is the study of visible sound vibrations, a subset of modal phenomena. In the realm of science and engineering, Cymatics is used to describe the periodic effects that sound and vibration have on matter. The scientific applications of Cymatics is to produce this phenomenon using sound vibrational frequencies to create standing wave patterns in solid matter(non-newtonian fluids)i.e. cornstarch and water goo. To further our understanding of the different aspects that make up our natural world, from sound to vibration to frequencies and even matter itself. The Cyamddicts: Emanations of Thought-Forms catalyzed by endo-cannabic triggers, coalescing into eatheric-chemical unions from first order kinetic introspections. Initiating catalytic spontaneous sacred alchemic union's into the pineal lens through holonomic convergences of harmonically manifested sound vibrational frequencies.  Electronic Theory was established in 2004 with the vision of promoting and celebrating the Electronic music we love within the electronic music industry in Malta by hosting regular events with internationally acclaimed artists.

The first event that we hosted was held at Tattingers Rabat with a very good feedback with more than 950 people attending this music event. After having such a positive feedback we continued to do from three to four events a year in which we have booked many famous international acts such as:

Locally we have collaborated with other big promotions such as: Fresh Music Agency, Creamfields (4 consecutive years), Lovesexy (5 consecutive years), Squadron, Ministry of Sound, EXIT promotion (Tribu). When it comes to venues we have worked in all major clubs in Malta such as Numero Uno, Tattingers, Sky Club, Liquid Club, Axis Discotheque, L.A.X Club, Stitch Club. Another important aspect of our promotion is to promote local talent by giving the opportunity to upcoming Maltese artists to showcase their music in our events.

For the past 20 years Paul has curated his own Composure Records UK digital imprint and worked as both producer and DJ under various guises (Watchmen, Future Ltd, Flytrapp, Beam Strategic).
Paul’s musical journey started in the early 90’s organising Club nights for local DJ’s in and around the Somerset (UK) area whilst running the local college Radio station and putting together Leftfield and Chill DJ sets at a variety of local bars. With one eye on producing music Paul learned to write tracks on a basic home studio set-up. Early tracks consisted of putting together breaks sample records routed through guitar FX pedal. With the purchase of an Amiga 500 and then later a Mac LC2, musical experiments continued, inspired by the sounds of New Order, 808 State, Orbital, Aphex Twin and the non stop beats of 80’s street sounds electro tapes. By the mid 90’s Paul was writing and producing progressive dance music with his brother and his DJ sets had evolved into sprawling early chill sets that took on a more progressive style as they developed. Support from local DJ’s and friends spurred the brothers into action sending out their first demo tape to a handful of labels under the Flytrapp guise in 1997. This initial demo provoked labels such as Deconstruction, Fluid, Steel Fish, Limbo and Skinny Malinky to respond. The brothers began recording for Limbo Records as Flytrapp and then later as Beam Strategic for Quad Communications in 2001. As Flytrapp they released 4 tracks, gaining credit and response from world-wide DJ’s including Sasha, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Dave Seaman, Lee Softley (Blue Amazon) and Nick Warren amongst others. With each of these releases Flytrapp established themselves as an underground production duo at the cutting edge of sound. As Beam Strategic the brothers then released “Encoder/Totality” for Quad Communications, another slice of progressive tech house with beautiful atmospherics. Over the next three years the brothers began working on solo projects with Paul building his studio up and working on his own label “Composure” for future digital output as Watchmen and Future Ltd.
Composure Records UK is now an established digital label with over 70 releases, is supported by many of the world’s established Dj’s and has discovered and worked with many of the scene’s new and developing producers (SQL, Sotela, SoundProcess, Pako Frederik). As an artist, producer and DJ, Paul continues to develop his sound. Current projects include various guest mixes for internet radio shows, a series of his own mixes to be uploaded here and new musical releases on Composure.

ABOUT Huck Walton & The WallTones is the creative endeavor of singer-songwriter Huck Walton with the stylings of keyboardist Anne Seidler, bassist Mike Marigliano, and drummer Anthony Sonetti. Huck discovered Anne as the first "WallTone" after she returned to Los Angeles from Vegas. She had just broken her thumb riding a mechanical Bull. Huck and Anne have been playing music and breaking fingers ever since. Anne introduced Huck to Mike who had been working on a project with her for quite a while. After going through drummers Spinal Tap style, the band finally landed on their missing fourth. Huck Walton & The WallTones are grateful to their fans for all their love and support.
PERSONAL INFO Huck Walton - Is a kazoo prodigy. He grew up in musical theatre (which included dancing ballet). He has never seen Avatar and has no plans to. Huck is a third generation artist, so really he's just continuing the family business.

Anthony Sonetti - Is an only child who found solace in music and films at an early age. Around the age of 7 he began playing with fire by doing activities such as melting action figures and plastic straws. He comes from a long lineage of plumbers. He loves Thai food and his mom and dad very much.
