After writing a dissertation on  "The effects of sound on visual perception in contemporary art", Charles-Eric Péard organised parties, festivals and art exhibitions with the association RadioFG/Global Tekno, then he worked during 10 years in cultural communication (radio, musical events, contemporary art, theater, fashion and design). He became sound designer creating several sound pieces for art exhibitions like "Diorama III" with the artist team UltralabTM at the Magda Danysz gallery (Paris, 2005) or "So Natural" at Le Cube (Issy-les-Moulineaux, 2009) with the artist Lotie. He explores sound poetry with the author Franck Laroze (l’Atelier de Création Radiophonique "Bribes sans abri" for France Culture radio in 2009 ; the sound installation "OGM – Ordre Général Mondial" in 2011, the sound installation "Huntsville - La Honte du monde" in 2012 or using his own texts (L’obsédé, Le chemin, Ô ma, etc.). More recently, his work also moved towards the art of performance ("Nature Morte – ESPERANCE" and "QUI EST LA ?" with Caterina Perazzi in 2012), the live shows (with the violonist Sébastien Maillet, or the director Arthur Lecaron) and towards the elaboration of shows using real time technology ("Je [me] suis parlé" by Franck Laroze).

Après un mémoire sur « Les effets du sonore sur la perception visuelle dans l'art contemporain », Charles-Eric Péard  (aka cepSound) travaille pendant dix ans en communication culturelle (radio, musique, théâtre, art contemporain, mode et design). Il devient plasticien sonore en réalisant plusieurs pièces musicales dans le cadre d'expositions artistiques comme "Diorama III" à la galerie Magda Danysz (Paris), "So Natural" au Cube (Issy-les-Moulineaux). Il réalise des habillages pour le marketing sonore et participe, en tant que musicien, à l'élaboration de spectacles numériques temps réel. Il explore également la poésie sonore avec d’autres auteurs dont Franck Laroze (Atelier de Création Radiophonique « Bribes sans-abri », France culture 2009 ; OGM - Ordre Général Mondial, Huntsville, EvidenZ 2011), et la mise en musique de ses propres textes (L’obsédé, Le chemin, Ô ma, etc.).
