There's something going on. An emerging scene reacting to the overwhelming EDM rains that floods every single garage here without mercy - wiping out the kids trashy hangouts where they desperately tries to ruin their lives. Garages are turned into silent aquariums. It is such a perfect cleanup. But hey,the aquarium is cracking up.
It's explosive, dark, potent, and psyched out. And the main little monster fish here is the band MANKIND.

Currently whipping up the underground and warehouse parties in Stockholm with their runaway, throbbing and decadent show and masterpieces produced by Gordon Raphael (The Strokes, Regina
Spektor), Swedish MANKIND is getting attention. The Line of Best Fit describes it as "A shock to the system not unlike a shot of adrenaline straight to the heart", NME call them "snotty four-piece MANKIND", or as The Needle Drop simply puts it; "MANKIND forever".

MANKIND, four guys that could have been seeds planted at Pere Lachaise cemetery in Paris, drawing strength from the graves of Jim Morrison, Chopin and Gertrud Stein.
Instead the plants grew in Ingmar Bergman's land of held back silence - bonded by a mutual musical love and existential brooding.

MANKIND were brought up on music released long before they were born and in boroughs far from where they lived (the early 90's Seattle scene, the Velvet's New York, The Door's California, London 60s...) and that's exactly where they belong artistically. But in addition they also have their own DNA, a unique sound full of odd MANKIND figments, twisted song structures, lyrics that are clever, angry, darkly funny, upsetting and on-point and a world of imagery and ideas that we know will keep us busy and
alert.

Time travelling techno-punk foursome ALIEN PLANTS bring a nuclear fusion of beats, synthesizers and guitars against a backdrop of lush software and harsh hardware: wired to the brain, connected to the heart. They provide a sing-along soundtrack to the interactive video game that is the musical experience. Notoriously unpredictable and ever mysterious, ALIEN PLANTS chose the internet as a medium to get their message of love and luminescence out there through DIY-style videos and cryptic communication. After a brief but well-received stint in London, they return to their original crash landing site in Ghent in order to spread the tunes. 

As a live unit, ALIEN PLANTS are a force to be reckoned with. Singer Flip Everaert’s love of pure pop melodies and veiled lyrics, reminiscent of Smiths-era Morrissey, combined with a tight, Nine Inch Nails-esque combo of screeching synths and pounding drums, yield a unique dynamic. Add to the mix a layer of The Jesus and Mary Chain-meets-Sex Pistols guitar riffage and you have the perfect recipe for a weird tomorrow: crunchy enough to rock out to and sweet enough to dance to.

Fabio Orsi is an electronic musician from Taranto (Southern Italy) specialising in atmospheric drone. He is a young and talented composer recently revealed in a series of publications received by an enthusiastic chorus of critical approval. In his compositions the languages of popular tradition meet the avantgarde approach, creating an original and charm mix. Orsi’s music originates with field recordings through which he seeks to capture images in sound inspired by the historic pre-war folk recordings made by Alan Lomax .
Orsi says he admires the way in which Lomax was able to present folklore not merely as some historic artefact but as “an expression of suffering with a thirst for rebellion”.
His first release, Osci, was recorded in Salento and its two tracks , total playing time 36 minutes, are described by the Italian online magazine SentireAscoltare as : ”a patchwork of edited found sounds, drones, microwaves with sparse notes of guitar, piano and synth”. Since his 2005 debut, Fabio Orsi has consolidated his reputation as a key figure of the international nu-folk electronica underground with a bewildering yet fascinating series of solo works and collaborations dominated by psychedelically flavoured soundscapes. Orsi creates atmospheric audio postcards with a tangible sense of time and place, utilizing layers of guitars, old keyboards and found sounds, having a keen attention to details, loops develop so naturally that it’s almost impossible to notice when certain sounds are brought in and out. Electronic sounds meets the humoral sonorities made by the six chords, projecting enchanted landscapes on a vibrant horizon, with an intimate sensibility, abstract and emotional, deep and dreamy melodies, Orsi Structures pieces of crystalline beauty and his music sounds like the shout of revolt of a young guy in the south of Italy, who starting from poetry, has then chosen music as the most effective way to his vent of expression, hypnotic and seductive. His works are out for many different labels around in the world, A silent Place (Ita), Last Visible Dog (Usa), Digitalis Industries (Usa), Preservation (Australia), Porter Records(Usa), Low Point(Uk), Root Don Lonie (Nz), Ruralfaune (France) and many others, playing his tunes in different and important festivals in Italy, like Signal, Piombino Experimenta, Flussi Sonori, Lucania Film Festival. After his first release, Osci ( Lp, Small Voices 2005) he worked and work with many artists, My Cat Is An Alien, Gianluca Becuzzi, Valerio Cosi, Brad Rose, Seaworthy, Pimmon…, and his discography is full of collaborations as split releases or properly collaborative minds meeting. Fabio Orsi has archieved critique and fans, imposing his name as one of the most promising and representative of the entire Italian and international electronic indipendent scene, his music speak like a deep hole into the ground of loved/hated traditional music, it’s a snatch with the past, watching it from unusual perspective, with deforming lens under coloured lights, music never meets Art, it is something like a hack. Where the streets are swelling as the veins and the buildings are collapsing, he plants a microphone cold as a needle, he plays naked and old melodies just for lovers.


Puppy born as Hip Hop DJ since he was a  little panda. He got the Funk!
      So he plays funky shit for  long time, till the day when Hip Hop died! 
      After that, Puppy decides to  looking for a perfect beat in other  lands. 
      Actually he  loves chillin and eating every kind of plants.
 
      Meanwhile Spank used to play electric bass and guitar.
      He moves around many years with his tribe. 
      But one day, he undertstood that Grunge couldn't change the world.
      At this point Spank removed his depression and turned his  life in vector design.

      All began when Puppy met Spank in the urban jungle.
      A rainy day they discovered the Power of Wobbling. 
      Now they are ready to kick your bubble ass!
