About:
Based in Mexico City, Fernando a.k.a Kvoox started mixing downtempo music for friends and small parties in 2013. One year later he founded Slowmotion, a group of DJ's relating to downtempo parties in Mexico City. In 2019 Plurpura Records was born, a label releasing low-tempo music with the focus of supporting emerging projects mainly in Mexico and Latin American.

Following the brilliant album 'A Trip To Idyllwild', from electronic music producer and saxophonist, ITAI, on Camel Riders, We are thrilled to present the remix album.
On his debut album on our imprint, ITAI displayed eight tracks of hypnotizing jazzy electronic beats, Saxophone, and other live instruments, full of intriguing and mysterious melodies. On this occasion, we are thrilled to provide new reworked versions of the album's tracks by some of our favourite artists and promising talents in the electronic landscape: PheuZen, Just Emma and Urem, Zuma Dionys, Matija and RIchard Elcox, Max Tenrom, Dandara, Alvaro Suarez, Catori and Noraj Cue.

This musical tale consists of nine fascinating interpretations that some might say is more dance-floor oriented, ranging from Downtempo, and Electronica to upbeat Melodic Deep House and Techno. We hope you enjoy the re-diving to this ride, this trip, A Trip to Idyllwild.

This Samples Pack includes sounds of real, rare and unique, sacred instruments that I recorded myself playing in Tulum, as well as some natural ambiences from sacred locations in the region.

You will get almost 1GB of completely 1 of a kind loops and one-shot samples including Melodies from wind and string instruments to Percussion, Natural Ambience, Giant Gong, Chimes, and a super special recording of a real shaman from Mexico making a prayer for the earth.

I recorded all of these instruments at the amazing store "Frequencies Tulum" created by my friend Jean, who puts a lot of energy into collecting quality instruments from around the world to sell in the shop. You can check it out on Instagram and purchase instruments online directly from them if you feel inspired! It's very difficult to find these kind of instruments with such good quality and selection.

Inside you will also find some photos and videos to accompany the sounds so you can actually see the instruments and ambiences that you are using in the music!

I created the sample pack with the intention of enabling more producers to use these scared sounds and healing frequencies in their music, considering having direct access to them is not so easy depending where you live!

Javi Trigo is a DJ and music producer who hails from Spain. With the temperatures increasing for the summer season, he usually plays in the notorious Spanish island Ibiza - worldwide well-known for its tourism, stunning beaches, and its association with the electronic music scene. Beyond being a free spirit, the music-lover Javi moves freely between various segments, always with straightforward ethnic influences, from Downtempo to Deep House, and his online 10-hour mixtape-package material is available on Soundcloud throughout several digital podcast channels.

This 149th edition is a 66-min sinusoidal session that falls between two stools: a soothing and calming effect contrasting with energizing and stimulating occasions. His genre-fusion approach walks between heaven and earth, it's  expressive, spirited and mistake-free. All featured artists have gifted us their music in support of Katerblau Club, which will stay closed until further notice. We feel truly embraced by the love they have shown us and are grateful for the support which has lifted our spirits beyond all measure.
