Né à Gatineau en 1994, David Massie, mieux connus sous le pseudo de Mass, est un fier francophone de la région de l’Outaouais.

Depuis 2011, Mass compose et enregistre des chansons de style rap/hiphop. Il est une priorité pour lui de partager à travers ses textes des valeurs nobles. Cet artiste a à coeur le français et la culture.

Entre 2014 et 2018, l’auteur-interprète a été ralentis dans sa course, car il a fait fasse à deux situations éprouvantes qui lui ont demandée une adaptation difficile. Mass a perdu son père des suites d’un cancer et il développa un problème de douleur chronique l’handicapant sérieusement.

Depuis novembre 2018, Mass a la chance d’être pris sous l’ail de Quest le président et fondateur de Dreamland anciennement connu sous le nom de Délit de fuite production. Depuis, Mass a rendu disponible ses deux premiers EPs Briser la glace et Renaissance.

Ce jeune parolier propose un spectacle de rap 100 % francophone énergisant et inspirant. Dans ses chansons, l’auteur-interprète fait la promotion de la culture, du respect, de la persévérance, du positivisme et de l’ouverture d’esprit. Avec beaucoup d'entregent et des textes faciles à comprendre, Mass séduit dès le début son auditoire, avec lequel il interagit souvent. Il partage expériences et conseils entre ses chansons afin d'encourager ses spectateurs à adopter une attitude optimiste envers la vie et ses défis.
