       Being human is not easy! Some things and experiences in this walk on planet earth are down right scary. Yeah?!
       Alongside the ‘scary’ I wonder if we can get curious... I wonder if we can ACCEPT that we are scared rather than posturing or over-compensating and avoiding. 
       What if in our dance and exploration of embodiment, we could SOFTEN into the pure, raw electrical sensations of that very fear, and INCLUDE the animal body. Without calling that part of us nasty names. Without shaming, or making ourselves ‘wrong.’

Weaving Fernhill Friday Night Ecstatic Wave

This was a live ecstatic set played outside in the park in Portland at our annual Beltane celebration.  It's a double wave, goes from ambient to big energy peak to downtempo, then to second smaller peak and back to ambient.  It's also a weave of many styles and textures of music. Theme is Coming Home: to your body, your wildness, your deeper self, your community, your mother earth.
