Modern Corpse is not just a typical track — it’s a diagnosis.
A document of late-stage burnout at the hands
of a collapsing system in the present world.
Fused into an industrial body-beat designed to numb you into movement.

Drawing blood from the same rusted veins as Skinny Puppy,
Manufacture, and early Front Line Assembly.
This track bleeds static and shouts through the machine.
You’ll hear echoes of Portion Control, HIDE, Youth Code,
and even modern acts like Boy Harsher, Qual and Orange Sector -
but filtered through a mind that’s already halfway to shutdown.

There are no metaphors here.
Just steel, concrete, and panic.
The lyrics are weaponized: “Tale of capitalism, You use one to get one" isn’t poetry
- it’s policy.
Vocals don’t scream for attention — they grind,
distant and burnt, buried under collapsing percussion and mechanical breath.
A snare like a pressure valve. A bassline like factory fumes.
The distorted guitar growling in the distance yet non-distant.
The midsection breaks down into minimalist synth and metallic banging
- a descent into gray apathy.
No comfort. Just repetition.

Written from the inside of the loop.
Recorded from the assembly line.
Named after the life we’re sold.
