First up in our mix series we have label founder Reesie. Currently residing in Melbourne, Australia but coming from London, England. Reesie has a strong love for 90s house and many surrounding genres. Being raised to the sounds of soul, funk and rare groove Reesie had no choice but to fall in love with music, and describes it as the best kind of brain washing you could receive- unless your mother had a bad taste in music, which, fortunately for me, she didn't. Enjoy :)

Here is a small excerpt of my 6 hour Set at Half, Belgrade. It was one of the best nights I've ever had. Lovely people all around, a beautiful Void Soundsystem & not a worry in the world :) My first time being over and it will always be in my memories! I was able to test out a lot of new stuff aswell, so lots of unreleased ones in there.

Siren Synth patterns dance through the title track riding on a bpm 150+ kick. With animated epicness. I feel happy - I feel “hard core” (!)
Garden Panel 1 - follows with a panoramic view - I am blessed, entering the century club! flickering in the summer sun, breaking rays of light into rhythmic patterns.

Our next #StayHomeDisco set comes by way of Closer To Truth Records. Honeydripper, aka Steven Gevenich is a Canadian producer, musician and deep house producer. As we wrote in our review of his EP "Haven't Lost Hope," the guitarist has previously released music in other genres and "if he sticks it out through the dull moments and soul-sucking nihilism of the digital music industry circa 2019 he's one that we're going to have to keep an eye on." We're pleased to see he has, and we are. :)
