On 'Win/Lose', Cong plays out his long-held Dogs In Space fantasy of performing the Ollie Olson/Whirlywirld cult classic. It's a song that his manager, Nicolaas Oogjes, has been spruiking and banging on about for years as a primary force of all that is good and inspiring in the world to anyone and everyone that will listen. It's a song that Cong/Nic would spout should be the national anthem, if they actually believed in such a thing. Via Cong and his Crimes, the song's spirit stays true while being completely unburdened by any idea of subtlety. It's a real wild child, a real wild one, baby. Hear Johnny Cayn's rambunctious saxophone scream from the mix. Hear Cong croon and shout the (share) house down.
