1987 Classic Chicago Slow & Gruvy Banger with the Legendary DJ Farley Jackmaster Funk.  I stopped a classmate in the hallway during our senior year in High School, Spring of 1987 because he had his headset on and was always gruving.  He stopped and handed me the cassette out of his headset.  And so it began with my introduction to Chicago House Music!  It was a classic WGCI Master Mix tape with the legendary Farley Jackmaster Funk.  Later that year, I attended WMU, my freshman year, and in the Fall was given a plethora of WBMX Chicago House Music Tapes that also featured Farlely.  The last 20 minutes or so is a portion of a WBMX tape I got from some close friends and true House Heads from WMU.  I loved attending WMU as it was located between the D and Chitown.  Good times with Good music and Good people!

The term “DJ” holds much more weight and responsibility than people give it credit for nowadays. With that being said, I find it important to create high vibrational experiences through sound, that provides the space for people to become one with themselves via the universal heartbeat…….. rhythm. We all have an “InnerEar” (some more heightened than others) that allows us to hear the voice of divinity, the Universe, “God”, or whatever term you personally resonate with. The InnerEar is also sensitive to tones & vibrations, which control almost everything in this world. The goal/mission of InnerEarPower is to lead the collective back to a space where we cherished the sacredness of music, prior to the frequency (Hz) being lowered for control purposes. The problem AND the solution has always been reflected in the music culturally.
