Whether it is as a Dj, label owner or his role as an event promoter, French born Souleiman Bacar aka lunar convoy has been making a name for himself on the Brussels scene since 2015.

By joining forces with Martin Respaut aka Foreign Material he was able to create NORITE, a prolific imprint that accounts for more than 30 releases to this date.

One shouldn’t be fooled by the meditative and ethereal output from his label, as lunar convoy’s influences reach way beyond the deep techno spectrum. His ability to merge hypnotism and groove has opened the path to the major Dj booths of the Belgian capital such as Fuse, C12, FFORMATT as well as clubs in Lille, Paris & Berlin.


His most recent project is called Metropolis a series of day time events that take place on Sunday. Along with his peers Sonhan and Altinbas he is free to experiment with different tempos and sound textures whilst honing his skills as a Dj set after set.

Technotrippin' Podcast 102 mixed by ALNÖ (SWE).

Nordic surroundings, vibrant seasons, and strong elements influences the Stockholm (Berlin) based artist Alnö.

Captured by the underground scene of Sweden, first as techno blogger and holder of Gbgtechno, the passion for electronic music brought Alnö to start Dj-ing and moved to Berlin in 2017. Becoming a resident of the techno collective Zement, Alnö got the opportunity to form her own sound and play at underground events in Germany and Sweden.

Alnö expresses the sounds of deep, dark and hypnotic techno and her well composed, dynamic sets of evolving and driving soundscapes, powerful beats, and atmospheric rhythms, brings the listener to discover new energies and spheres of sounds.

Alnö combines her artistic side as the founder and curator of the Berlin based event series Deep x Heights, focusing on connecting upcoming and established artists together by creating a platform for them to interact, grow and explore their own unique sound.

To end our podcast series for the year 2020 decently, we are happy to feature this well-crafted mix shared by Giuseppe Falivene. It is easy to say that the Italian artist and selector is one of today’s brightest talents in the scene. His all-embracing form of techno, ranging from looming ambiances and ruminations to powerful and straight-up drum patterns, can be found on labels like Oslated, Annulled, and Subosc to name a few.

Here he serves up a mix that syncs perfectly to the overclouded and gloomy season. Within the mix there are contrasting transitions inviting you into a world where captivating synths help you to forget the current conditions to eventually a more uplifting, yet desolate industrial space where churning, bass-heavy kicks push forward all the way back to more emotive dispositions. Ly Sas is a young Prague-based techno dj/producer coming from Georgia, Tbilisi. She cut her teeth in music from an early age as a guitarist and songwriter for various rock and metal bands. Subsequently, she started listening to electronic music records coming from Detroit and Berlin that were the main force behind her inspiration to start making and performing beats. Her music draws upon underground and industrial techno but pulls ambient and dark textures into its orbit too.

Her debut EP came out on Variance in 2018, later on Republic Artists - currently she spends lots of time in the studio, preparing for upcoming exciting releases. She is also constantly DJing for British techno label - Republic Artists, also FIX parties. Ly Sas made her name with her unique style of playing aggressive and long energetic techno sets.

Israel is only the executioner, every nation which has armed that country in the past year is an accessory to that genocide, an accomplice, a facilitator.  We cannot talk about war crimes because when you target unarmed civilians, mostly women and children, we are talking about a massacre, like terrorists do, not a war. The people who orchestrated that massacre, in the US, the most duplicitous, followed by those of the UK, Germany, France, and probably a few lesser ones should be tried for crimes against humanity just as well as Netanyahu and his cabinet, because it has been going on for two years, generously reported by media of all kinds, so the enablers knew exactly how the arms were to be used, as a tool for revenge, domination, and humiliation of the Palestinian people.  The conflict has ceased to be about the defense of anything for months.

The parties responsible have made a mockery of decency, morals, fairness, proportion, or justice, not to mention empathy.  Of what little there was, these concepts will be a lot longer to come back than they were to be struck down.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access. No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
