Born in 05" & Raised in the mother city Cape Town, South Africa Justyn Nell is an artist with a mindset focused on the underground, raw sounds of Techno music, a lot of influences for his productions come from the stripped down loopy works from the 1990s but sprinkling in his own modern touches. On the 1st of April 2022 he released his debut EP on the digital catalog of Kaiser's label KSR titled "Gravitational Constant"

VIRTUAL UNDERGROUND : How did this NAKANO BLU story start?
NAKANO BLU : I used to work as a drummer before moving to the Netherlands, but I was already producing trip-hop and downtempo music as 'Paul Wilbury'. Then the pandemic hit, so no more gigs unfortunately and I moved to Amsterdam where I got exposed to the music my friends were doing, more IDM, jungle and D'nB. That helped a lot in defining what I wanted to accomplish with NAKANO BLU. 

VU : Where do you generally get your inspiration from?
NAKANO BLU : Mostly from going to the club and listening to my favourite producers play there. I also get a lot of ideas from other non-musical artforms, but that is more concept-wise.

VU : Can you describe your music selection and mixing process?
NAKANO BLU : I have changed quite a bit the last two years, but nowadays I try to find non-european roots in the electronic music I play. In Spain people listen mostly to reggaeton and latin pop so I try to incorporate that in my sets with experimental dembow and other latin electronic genres like baile funk or kuduro.

VU : What software/hardware did you use for this set?
NAKANO BLU : I recorded this on CDJs 2000 Nxs.2 and a DJM-900 mixer.

VU : What is your craziest dream?
NAKANO BLU : I don't really remember my dreams but I dream a lot I chase someone parkour style XD.

Jokes aside, musically maybe my dream would be to just play at my favourite club and collaborate with my favourite artists, but who doesn't want that? haha

MYRA is a Dutch techno DJ and producer with a pure passion and an ever evolving taste for electronic music. Her signature is up-tempo energetic groovy rhythms with hard hitting percussions, and hypnotic atmospheres with a trippy touch that dives deep. This powerful blend of sounds, creatively merged, releases energy to everyone present.

Coming from a musical family, MYRA started playing piano at a young age. Soon after she discovered electronic music, and over the years she gathered a carefully chosen vinyl and digital music selection. 
Taking the next step, MYRA got into producing music and released her first tracks. She also started to play at renowned underground clubs throughout the Netherlands, where she connected with many like-minded people. As a result, she feels inextricably connected to the electronic music scene.

MYRA is a graduate of the Electronic Music Academy at the conservatory of Amsterdam where she honed her musical and creative capacities. At the conservatory she discovered her fascination for analogue gear, that she now use intensively as a producer. Her artistic journey is just starting to unfold, propelled by a mindset and drive to push boundaries, and aiming to become a live act in the near future.

During a deep cosmic music journey through outer space: "Feeling the need to search for extra-terrestrial life I found myself, and now my mission is to reach the soul of humans through music beyond the stars". The Zenobit3 found a renewed sense of purpose, a belief in himself that welcomes new perspectives. The original roots and pure values of electronic music also found their place in the infinite space, as they are the starting point of the adventure as well as its final destination. 

In 2004 with the influence of Carl A. Finlow, James Stinson, Anthony Rother... The Electro sound and rhythm he carried in his blood from long time ago took hold of him and focused on music production. In 2007, the track 'Madrid My Beat' released on the well-known Drivecom Records (on vinyl format - signed as Zenobite) the reason why Dj Picht became The Zenobit3. The track was positively valued by many artists and has became an anthem of this captivating and powerful music style.

My linux won't boot so I'm presently forced to use Windows, and because of the bug in Soundcloud's system my account is all messed up when I don't use a VPN to connect which I am unable to do now... trying to get help from my VPN provider.  Because of this, and because I started working very long days I will be less present here.  Sorry, I'm trying.

What I wrote below was heart felt but presumptuous and pretentious.  I would have to not be stupid myself to be allowed to claim such a thing.  More importantly though, I don't believe it is correct or accurate.  These people are probably not stupid but just don't care.  Justice is a collective thing and many if not most people seem to live in bubbles.  It is perhaps economic oppression which is responsible, they just don't have the resources, the time, the energy to be concerned about what lies behond that bubble.  It used to be fine but there's this thing they call globalization which makes this increasingly impractical or impossible.

mid January 2024:
Justice and vengeance are not the same.  Apparently most people are too stupid to see the difference.  Unfortunately it is not something unique to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and not unique to group conflicts.

What happened to intelligence?  Aren't we supposed to be the "intelligent" specie.
