What's up everyone ?? It's been basically 14 months since my last upload here !!

Since my last upload included almost a full hour of filthy halftime & heavy drum & bass, I decided to contrast that by throwing down a deep 140 dubstep mix for all of my OG listeners. <3 I tried to keep it short & sweet but include some of my favourite tunes dating all the way back to 2012. As always, you'll also find a handful of Conscious Wave releases in there (both FORTHCOMING & out now). Huge shout out to the artists on this playlist !! <3

Even though live events & IRL bookings have been a total right off for most of us over the past year, I just wanted to give a huge thanks & shout out to anyone who has been listening to my mixes during the pandemic regardless. MTRL (material) is an art project by Lukas Weinlein. Fascinated by immersive audiovisual experiences, he explored the universes that exist, painted in so many different styles of music. This insightful journey shaped his current understanding of music and ultimately led him to the endless possibilities of hypnotic electronic music, inspired by the infinite cosmos and organic voices of nature. Having bonded with a multitude of great artists helped to refine his style and created a sphere of inspiration around him. The permanent exchange of ideas and skills with other artists helped to transform MTRL into a still developing transmedial art project . The name for this specific art project was chosen because of the definition of the word material: "the matter from which a thing is or can be made" - It fits the purpose of the project very good. The aim of MTRL is to create an audiovisual experience from existing or non-existing matter for open-minded brains. Together with Dycide and Polygonia he is one of the minds behind the label IO. His various releases are played by some of the most established artists of the Hypnotic and Deep Techno scene.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
