We love to see that established producers, with a name that is recognised worldwide, choose to expand their work into a more complex musical terrain, which is that of sound research and experimentation. These aspirations on the part of this type of artist are the ones that most enhance a musician, leaving the comfort zone often places him in a very different working environment to the one he is used to, as it has less visibility and is aimed at an audience that, unfortunately, is usually a minority.

Víctor Martínez is a non-conformist producer, with a versatile style and two decades of artistic career that demonstrate his great commitment to the Spanish electronic music scene. He is generally known for his contribution to techno, either as Víctor Martínez, Error Etica or with his record project Psychoskunk recordings, but Víctor has been expanding his profession in other fields for years. First he did it as Slaughtered Saint, alias in which he published in 2016 an intense album with a minimalist sound, in which he mixes genres like drone, industrial, sound art, experimental and techno, and a few years later, he decided to undertake another musical project, this time as K3RN3L PØISSØN. We were lucky enough to host his debut under the latter moniker on our first release as a label, and we will always be grateful to him for that.

The loneliness and isolation we suffered in 2020 with the covid confinement influenced many artists. It was possibly one of the few positive things we can attribute to this strange health situation, as the most personal and intimate works of many producers were created during these strange and desolate weeks. 

Isolation Material is a release produced and recorded by Victor Martinez in the past confinement, where he interprets his different emotional states during the isolation due to the pandemic with his different musical aliases, music for the mind, the senses and the emotions. Each track title indicates a crucial moment in this odyssey that took place all over the planet, the first two tracks are signed as Error Etica and the next three as K3RN3L PØISSØN.

News From Tiananmen, is the first cut of this reference, in which he has a style, and above all a harmonic combination, that evidences above all the confusion that invaded all of humanity. Estado de Excepción is the second track published as Error Etica, in fact, it is the only cut in which the artist from La Rioja opts for mental techno to show a unique and forceful situation. In To The Isolation explores the anguish caused by reclusion with a rhythmic structure and unpredictable melodic elements. The bubbling nature of Vacum Types manifests a haunting loneliness, a scenario of suffering and anxiety. Negacionistas is the closing track of Isolation Material, a track with a mysterious atmosphere that can induce different interpretations, such as conspiracy.

An improvised collaboration of two friends with a shared taste in music. 

Experimental endeavors from Daniele Sorrenti (IT) and Rodrigo Guzman @abdx (MX). The project is a relation between electronic artifacts and emotional dialogues, oscillating between noise, drone and eerie ambient atmospheres. Indirectly inspired by intrusive anxiety and the fear of the finite. 

All the sounds come from guitars, fx pedals, a bunch of digital processors and analog synths. 

The tracks were produced and recorded in Budapest during the 2020/2021 lockdowns.

Genocide, June 2025:
Israel is only the executioner, every nation which has armed that country in the past year is an accessory to that genocide, an accomplice, a facilitator.  We cannot talk about war crimes because when you target unarmed civilians, mostly women and children, we are talking about a massacre, like terrorists do, not a war. The people who orchestrated that massacre, in the US, the most duplicitous, followed by those of the UK, Germany, France, and probably a few lesser ones should be tried for crimes against humanity just as well as Netanyahu and his cabinet, because it has been going on for two years, generously reported by media of all kinds, so the enablers knew exactly how the arms were to be used, as a tool for revenge, domination, and humiliation of the Palestinian people.  The conflict has ceased to be about the defense of anything for months.

The parties responsible have made a mockery of decency, morals, fairness, proportion, or justice, not to mention empathy.  Of what little there was, these concepts will be a lot longer to come back than they were to be struck down.

I have not been able to recover access to my other account [https://soundcloud.com/ha-kekong] for a couple of years.  I have tried a few times to get back into it but SoundCloud doesn't trust me.  Same phone number, same email addresses, and they still claim that they can't verify my identity.  I created that account about three years ago as a substitute to my regular account which SoundCloud temporarily closed.  They closed it as part of some upgrade procedure in their system, the result of a bug that affected many accounts, about two years ago.  Since SC did not inform its users I didn't know if that was permanent or not, so I created that other account which I can't access.  Don't be mad if I have not replied to your message in the past two years, that's because I never got them ; ) ... You can always reach me here though.

You can't see it because of the angle with which I took the shot, aiming down, but beyond those blocks is the sea.  To the left is the Mediterranean, to the right is the Atlantic Ocean.  No it's not Gibraltar, but a little bit further West. ... Actually I checked recently and it is further North more than West, I thought I was facing South when in fact I probably was facing the Atlantic ocean, which is why I suppose the waves were of a decent size where we were.
