Circles and Thorns is a shifting, sprawling journy through thumping tech house grooves and intricate soundscapes. Detuned bells and sirens weave around a hypnotic core, and multiple switch ups leave room for creative DJing in and out of different time signatures. 

Zentrix is a Montreal based "psychedelic" artist, specializing in cyclical techno and progressive psytrance. His live sets often span multiple genres and tempos while maintaining a dedication to keeping people moving and the spirals flowing on a dancefloor.

I wrote this track just after attending Lost Theory festival last summer. It literally wrote itself in 2 days, and it is my personal favorite so far.
The voice sample comes from the movie "John Dies at the End". Pretty trippy one, I recommend it!

I've started writing this track 2 years ago. It changed a lot with time and I think it is the 9th version. 
I tried to write it like you would progress throughout a videogame level, with a cutscene at the middle of the track (the breakcore part).

La destruction et la fin du monde n'ont donc pas eu lieu. Malgré cela Enfance avait bien prévu une part d'apocalypse avec sa première sortie de l'année
2013. Ivort est de retour avec son second opus "Corpus Callosum". Avec ces 4 nouveaux titres, Ivort renoue avec les bases de son premier EP "Hidden".

En amorce, le morceau Accento, démarre comme un track minimal tech-house sombre et groovy assez classique. La deuxième partie du morceau devient quant à elle plus lyrique et mélancolique, tout en finesse, l'exemple est bien maitrisé. Après une entrée en matière réussi, les nappes d'ambiance de l'interlude viennent refléter parfaitement la couleur de l'ep, sombre et envoutant.

S'en suit la track éponyme "Corpus Callosum" un titre binaire et caverneux à souhait avec une deuxième partie qui apporte encore une fois son lot de surprises et d'émotions : l'influence electronica n'est jamais très loin. La sortie se termine avec "Perturbations". Son côté plus dub techno et sa construction plus subtile et évolutive, presque dans l'ambiance big room techno, viendra ravir sans problème nos amis les dj's.
