A Domicile,  au lieu de la place, où l’on se perd
Carrefour des villes,  un film de Vim,  mon écran sur place
Etoile à cinq branches,  je vis-au cœur
Les uns se croisent et parfois se toisent,  c’est toi , t’es toi !

On ne peut pas partir d’ici
Posté collé là,  A domicile
On ne veut pas quitter ce toit

Chacun sa case,  un damier grand,  je joue taquin
Tu vises ma place,  un souffle de vent,  serait-il temps ?
Plus beau  plus haut ou bien tu me mens
Faut-il y aller ou bien rester, cette fois, sept fois

On ne peut pas partir d’ici

I wrote this song in my teenage years with Russian translation of Robert Burns poetry. Some time back I revisited my song and adapted it using original language of the poem.

I’ll often greet the surging swell,
