The light of midsummer—
when it settles upon a quiet heart,
forgotten emotions
begin to softly awaken.

Your gaze,
the ripple of light that day,
the hours that flowed in silence—
all remain within this glow.

This is not the end.
It is the beginning
of summer’s song, once more.

The waves of feeling
gently brush the soul,
and a sudden urge to drift away
calls forth the memory of you.

Between light and shadow,
a tender afterglow
revives the summer
that once
lived in my heart.

When we started this collaboration, like everyone on this planet, we were hit by the pandemic and the effects on our lives.  Earth stopped for a moment and we could feel her heartbeat ...and with it the will to overcome anything!

Lorsque nous avons commencé cette collaboration, comme tout le monde sur cette planète, on a été frappé par la pandémie est tout ce que ça a changé dans nos vies. La Terre s'est arrêtée pendant un moment et on pouvait ressentir son battement de coeur....et avec lui la volonté de tout surmonter!

I saw kings and queens and horses and fools
on a black & white board in a game with no rules
high heeled ladies dripping with jewels
and beggars a begging with an eye that drools
I saw scenes oh man i can hardly tell
some obscene and bizarre mixing heaven and hell
a cold silent spring a white masquerade
in the middle of June a Halloween parade
not one pink elephant in sight
In the dream i had last night

I saw a pale frozen sun as from the outer space
saw jailers on the run not wearing a face
blazes a burnin’ the old mountain range
hurricanes blowing like a mind that’s deranged
I saw things oh man you wouldn’t believe
it’s crazy what a brain in sleep can conceive
anger and thunder black turning to fade
the future a swinging on the edge of a blade
in the yellowish sky no unicorns in flight

I saw Jesus bad tripping alongside Broadway
some tarot cards reader having nothing to say
but also i found as i passed my way
an orphan baby sparrow and that made my day
I saw a film oh man i just lack the words
and the screen was as large as the entire world
watchers a walking in a state of stupor
wondering what’s my acting and who’s the director
but no bonze in the air gliding on a kite

I saw thousands of planes dead stuck on the ground
such a blast in an harbor it exploded the town
broken wings broken hearts in the port of shadows
a rastaman playing Piaf singing la vie en rose
I saw a woman oh man who gave me an eye
saying we’ll meet again in the sweet bye and bye
i got lost on my way and forced to the ground
i got caught in a loop like in 4th time around
down the pit did i see any flickering light?

I saw lovers and friends who could not embrace
armies of zombies looking for solace
i heard echoes in time from the sweet golden age
of parsley and thyme rosemary and sage
I saw you oh man and you didn’t look great
petrified like you saw a demon at your gate
and while deciphering as a riddle your frown
i wondered could it mean the whole world’s upside down
and still no pink elephant in sight

With some hopes and illusions tight clenched in my fist
i wandered along the old route 66
but trying to express all that i missed
it’s trying to grab a ghost in the mist
And i ain’t superstitious but i sure did see
a black cat in the night with eyes glaring at me
what i saw my friend was beyond belief
and i hoped that the morning would bring some relief
but alas alas what is life but a dream

My sounds were born because I was tired of (not) listening to what the media were offering, since the mid-90s, without paying any attention to the quality of the music.
I don't define myself as a musician, but a sound craftsman who, thanks to new technologies, enjoys experimenting with notes and sounds, and through SoundCloud I put myself to the test.
