Hi all and thanks for looking! I'm just a fan of dance music really and I like most kinds, but especially Acid Techno. I left the army in 1991 and got into the club scene of Muenster, Gelsenkirchen, Dusseldorf and Dortmund. Many fantastic times, (from what I can remember!) Awesome clubs like the old 'Keller' in Muenster, in aan old abandoned warehouse complex of some kind. Absolutely amazing parties in there before 'elf and safety' closed it down for not having a fire escape! Ratinger Hof and then after hours in Ramrod, both in Dusseldorf. One of my old favourites, the fantastic 'Groove Club' in Gelsenkirchen. Important Recrds held a release party there and I'll never forget this sweet little thing dancing with me in a kind of Star Trek mini dress, or t-shirt....! But I digress, simply amazing times I had. Tried clubbing when I returned to the UK, but I found the scene not half as friendly as in Germany, and also a lot more posers I felt. More emphasis on what you should wear and who to be seen with than just having a good time and dancing your fucking ass off!! I'm not on Facebook , Twitter or any other social networking sites except this one and Forces Reunited. Would love it if any of you also remember those days back in old Nord Rhein Westfalen.especially if you're that fit bird from Groove Cub, I know, we BOTH got old!!!
