Biography:

Dj Cédric Funkydeps was born in France. Passionate about music since then. Loving mixing technics and influencing the clubbers. Funkydeps decided to buy his first turntables at the age of 17 . He then started to play from 2004 onwards.

To say a few: Motown, Salsoul , Philadelphia International, West End, Prelude as well as Joey Negro, Dimitri From Paris, Red Greg, Larry Levan, Danny Krivit are on his favourite list of labels and Producers.

My passion for disco and funk pushed me to start re-editing some classic tunes since 2015





Long standing vinyl junkie with an Eclectic ear!!

Terry Farley is a bona fide UK house legend. Having been on the dancefloor since day dot, he has produced some of house music’s most enduring cuts under various guises, including Roach Motel and Bocca Juniors, as well as with Pete Heller as Heller and Farley. A bastion of knowledge when it comes to acid and deep house, as well as dance culture, soul boy trends, and more besides, Terry is also much lauded for having launched house music fanzine (and label and party series) Boys Own with Andrew Weatherall, Cymon Eckel and Steve Mayes back in the day: it was something that very much went on to document and dictate the trends of the time.

A fascinating character with a real passion for dance music and its cultural roots, Terry is a learned selector with old school values who can really make dancefloors move with a whole range of sounds. He does so everywhere from fabric and Ministry of Sound in London to festivals around the world on a regular basis and always educates as much as he entertains. Now very much a scene curator and archivist as much as an enduring DJ talent, when Terry Farley’s in the house, everybody listens, as his essential recent compilations, Acid Rain and Acid Thunder, have proven in spades.

Biography
Lisbon Kid is a new London-based alternative acoustic electronica duo formed just over a year ago and now beginning to make waves.
Between them they have had many successes on both sides of the Atlantic as award-winning writers and producers working within a wide range of genres from EDM to techno rock, alternative folk to indie pop. Most recently developing and producing Chloe Howl.

They have just completed their debut album, which is a seemingly effortless and laidback mix of electronica and acoustic instruments, often with ambient landscaping and employing elements of sound design. Added to this is a huge song-based pop sensibility and emotional lyrical content that gives the project the obvious uniqueness that is Lisbon Kid. Influences include Royksopp, Zero 7, Pink Floyd, Cinematic Orchestra, Kinobe , Massive Attack, M83, Nick Drake.

The writing and recording process for the project originally began in Portugal from whence the duo hail, and then eventually moved back to London for completion. They have taken an uncompromising audio approach, allowing them to achieve a real and obvious sonic excellence. Lisbon Kid have employed the best in both vintage valve audio signal paths and acoustic instruments in the analogue world, and also the latest software and techniques in the digital domain.
Their combined experience as cutting-edge producers in their respective fields has also contributed to the vast warmth and beauty of the sound of the project.

Lisbon Kid have recently been described as “Purveyors of laid-back earworm beats and mellow reflective moments through finest sonics and curious ambience… Songs and tunes for after the night before.”

The radio and synch-friendly debut album also contains various contributions from a select handful of well-known luminaries from the alternative music world additionally bringing their unique personalities and feel to the forthcoming long player.
Featured artists and vocalists include Sarah Cracknell (St. Etienne), Lisa Billson (Orbital/Loose Salute) James Craise (featured Professor Green singer), electronic diva Queen Of Hearts and Icelandic songstress Hafdis Huld.
