Alvaro Albarran’s sound goes from elegant Deep House and percussive/groovy Tech House to emotional Progressive House and Melodic House and Techno which you can feel it in his music productions and DJ sets. When playing he really feels the music and transmits positive vibes to his crowd every time. 
He has played at various nightclubs around his city Seville, Prisma nightclub & B3 nightclub amongst many others. He has also performed around Spain at nightclubs such as OM nightclub (Madrid), Seasoul beach club (Marbella) & Amare beach club (Marbella). He has also been invited abroad as a guest DJ a Gibraltar’s (UK) prime nightclub Dusk.
 
In 2013 he studied at the prestigious PLASTIC academy in Barcelona to become a professional musical producer. During his stay there he met Daniel Trim. Loving Trim's sound he became his main electronic music influence from then on. 
 
In 2014 Alvaro Albarran releases his first EP called ‘Looking Forward’ with 4 tracks edited by Speed Sound Records label (Brazil).

In 2015 he releases his second EP called `Back 2 Work’ with 2 tracks edited by Guvi Records label (Barcelona, Spain). 
 
In 2016 he releases Ad Dahna EP edited by Coffeeshop Records label (UK) and he gets into the Top 100 of the best Tech House & Techno releases on Beatport with the most famous artists in the world. Also he releases his original tracks ‘Love What You Do’ edited by Nu Life Recordings label (Valencia, Spain) and ‘Brightech’ edited by Coffeeshop Records label (UK). 
 
In 2017 he releases the track ‘Chains’ (Original Mix) in collaboration with Wayne edited by Nu Life Recordings & Ecologico Records label (Valencia, Spain) and ‘Less Is More’ edited by Coffeeshop Records label (UK) also in collaboration with Wayne. In this same year he releases his track ‘Make Them Real (Original Mix) & (Dub Mix) edited by Coffeeshop Records label (UK). 
 
In 2018 he releases his track Soul Of Strings (Original Mix) edited by Nu Life Recordings label (Valencia, Spain), Tubah (Original Mix) edited by Coffeeshop Records (UK). Tubah became his track with the most feedback by International DJs, Radio DJs and listeners all around the world. ‘Is In Da House’ (Original Mix) edited by Nu Life Recordings label (Valencia, Spain) & Ecologico Records label (Valencia, Spain) were included on various artists summer compilations. 
 
In 2019 Alvaro Albarran produced the remix of the single ‘Volcano’ by the lead vocal Enrique Ramil (finalist of the Factor X Music TV Show in Spain) and the original track ‘80’s Feelin’ edited by Nu Life Recordings label (Valencia, Spain). 
 
Nowadays his music is available to listen & purchase on all digital music stores including Beatport, Traxsource, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify and more. Working hard everyday in his studio, he has his weekly ‘Brightech’ podcast that is broadcasted on the best radio stations all over the world and composes and produces musical projects for others artists.

Ever had that dream where an insect invades the ear and sets up home to mercilessly tease and torment thereon in? If so, a form of similar reality is about to be unleashed as the Reverse Family step forward to announce themselves with a sound which trespasses and festers in the psyche. The difference is that this is set to be the most welcome invasion of ears as it crawls with relish into the imagination.

Reverse Family is the solo project of Dermot Illogical, aided by a fluid band of collaborators from time to time, this debut offering is a lo-fi exploration into an experimental DIY web of sounds and flavours which is hard to pin down but certainly embraces everything from post punk and noise pop to indie and old school punk.  

The first song we came up against was Alchopoppers on Fast Food, a brief and gentle yet deviously engaging song which instantly entices thoughts of seventies bands like Swell Maps and The Shapes but with the melodic natures of The Freshies. It is captivating stuff even with a drop into calmer waters which does not quite connect with personal tastes. We are not sure of the album's track order but if this is to be the opener it provides a potent start though the brilliant Way It Goes is an even bigger pull. Carrying an early Adam and The Ants feel to its magnetic stroll, the song is pure addiction with a funk revelry bubbling under its pop punk surface, Dermot as vocally mischievous as the guitar led sounds around him. 

There is great variety to the songs too; Bit Slits for example flirting with the senses through keys which manage to sound like the brass flames of Essential Logic while guitar and vocals veer towards the Nikki Sudden school of discord blessed minimalistic seduction while Electronic 6 entangles portentous keys and winy guitars with fuzzy vocals for a Dalek I Love You/Artery scented melancholy. It is fair to say that Dermot wears influences openly yet each song develops its own distinct character under often familiar hues.

Hand of God has a darker and meatier nature to its predacious swing, contagious hooks and a great grumbling bassline aligning with melodic enterprise for a proposal which swiftly grips ears and appetite; a success just as easily won by the lively pop bounce of One Eyed, a seemingly early Television Personalities seeded encounter and the hypnotic I Can Sense Their Watching Eyes. This too has a flavour of Dirk Wears White Sox to it but with funky beats and another irresistible post punk guitar jangle in its off kilter dub teased shuffle, the track blossoming into another unique proposition within My Songs About Life Mid Crisis.

Other tracks in the mix are Business or Pleasure, a delicious song which sounds like Weezer soaping The Piranhas while recording it all in the bath, The Legend of Pierre with its haunting keys wrapped sultry croon, and Odd Mix Newgates, a seductive magnetic monotone tone spawned track surely inspired by Mark E. Smith.

The collection of tracks are completed by Higher Power with plaintive melodies and dour yet emotionally suggestive vocals and the outstanding May Number 10 Dream which again hints at bands like The Fall, Marc Riley and The Creepers, and The Mekons, as well as the criminally catchy Sods Law. Hips and feet beware as even in its low key nature it will have you swinging in an instant.

There are so many highlights offered by the Reverse Family songs; each track connecting with an ever eager hunger for punk fuelled, post punk spiced imagination. Plastic Punks epitomises this perfectly, its Fire Engines toned melodic jangle and Spizzenergi devilry sheer temptation again emerging as something specific to Reverse Family.

With a tongue in cheek lining to the lyrical reflection shaping songs which spreads into the music itself, Reverse Family is a beguiling adventure with a nod to the past and a grip on an imagination as fresh as it is, well quite simply a touch loco.

Max Desai is a New Zealand-based DJ known for a distinct style that blends precision mixing with deep musical roots. Influenced  by underground icon Dirdygerdi—especially her track Time with Fabian Kroos—he was drawn to the idea of making every moment count. That mindset now shapes his sets: fast-paced, tightly layered, and built to push the boundaries of progressive house and make it more exciting than ever before. 

Over the last two years he has been crafting and developing his own genre - Hyper Progressive. A genre built on the foundations of progressive, but weaved by the essence of deep, minimal, techno and elements of his Indian heritage. It’s a style that’s both personal and functional: designed for the dancefloor, but with enough detail to reward deeper listening at home.

In New Zealand’s underground scene, he’s gained a quiet recognition for his technical ability and unique approach. With four tracks running at once and a clear vision driving every mix, Max is carving his own path in the electronic scene.

As director of the underground house and techno collective Hacienda, he’s also focused on building community—creating a platform for emerging local talent and curating events that give space to the deeper, more experimental corners of dance music. Through Hacienda, he's helping shape a scene that helps connect partygoers to the underground music scene across Auckland and New Zealand.

Born in Belgium in 1980, dj since 1992. Lover of music since then he never stopped even for a second to think to it. Bimas Junior was born in 1980 in Mons, Belgium. He started loving music when he was a little boy by dancing on his father’s vinyl discs (wrong thing, he says!). As a teen-ager, he stopped dancing on discs and began listening to their sound, spending hours by the turntable, and remaining astonished on how a simple stylus could produce such a melody from a piece of plastic. When 12, along with his friends, as a play, he found that mixing, cutting and pasting music could be fun! But soon the fun became a hard work, as he was using tapes on 2 analogic cassette decks and a small mixer to do the mixing. One day, at a friend’s house, when for the first time he saw 2 turntables, the music really changed! So, he set out on a journey to becoming a dj, by presenting his selected music at various feasts and pubs in his home area. Day after day he realized that the music and him would never and ever separate. In 1996 he felt unhappy of simply mixing from vinyl, so he started exploring the idea of creating his own music that made him feel good. He began crossing the way to the music’s creative world and made his first experience in a little recording studio in Bologna, Italy. In 2000, together with friend Maks L.M., they were able to get their first vinyl printed. Bimas, whose artistic name is the short combination of his first and last name, kept producing music in the little recording studio created with Maks; he went through various musical styles and sounds, from dance to trance, including techno and house music, pop/rock, chillout and new age. On his journey, t he guit ar became Bimas new love and a push to exploring the inmost of music to complete himself. The artist stated “I felt incomplete without a musical instrument by my side”. In the following years and now, he is still knowing and collaborating with more and more people and artists of the discographic field that mean so much for his artistic education. As a dj, Bimas doesn’t go by all the rage or music trends; he simply presents and proposes the contemporary music he is fancy of and so far he meets appreciation at large. Bimas masters the ability to shift from the most aggressive sounds to deep or melodic ones with elegance and style. He is also influenced by some tribal sounds, electronic and power grooves. Bimas doesn’t stick to a whatsoever model or idol, and he is free to appreciate anyone who can express their feeling, pleasure and fun with their music, no matter what kind. Bimas uses to say: “If I loved only one kind of music, I wouldn’t have a future with it!”. Bimas holds two certainties in his life: his family and his music.

Esther Stephens is an Auckland-born singer and actor now based in Melbourne. 

The ground swell around kiwi singer and actress Esther Stephens has been building for a while. A mainstay of the Auckland music scene, Esther has been a master collaborator, lending her vocal prowess to acts including Sola Rosa, Isaac Aesili (Funkomunity) and Tama Waipara. On New Zealand television she is best known as fashion journalist Olivia from the comedy/drama ‘Go Girls’. Esther’s solo music is powerful blend of old soul and contemporary pop, citing influences including classic luminaries like Sam Cooke, Janis Joplin and Etta James, and modern acts such as Bjork and Lauryn Hill. 

Her first underground release ‘Asahi’ was praised by music journalist Martyn Pepperell as a ‘sultry, richly toned trip-hop/modern soul voice through an engaging melodic and rhythmic frame’ (Martyn Pepperell, Vanguard Red Magazine) and in 2012 Esther was given special mention after the release of the chart topping Home Brew album on which she features. ‘Stephens is a true standout, and adds her smoky-toned R&B talents to four different tracks including the classily smouldering Plastic Magic.’ (Lydia Jenkin, NZ Herald). This collaboration also secured her position as one of the promising new talents in the independent collective, Young Gifted and Broke. 

Esther has been profiled online by Red Bull Studio Auckland, and she was featured in music magazine Rip It Up’s ‘Who’s Next?’ section. Esther’s New York produced, NZ On Air funded debut single and accompanying video are due for release 2013. 

Esther now resides in Melbourne and is introducing Australian audiences to her love for complex harmonies and alternative pop song-writing structure.

In 2011, Flavio Santos (aka Dusty Noize aka Magic Mind), and Gian Affolter (aka Kaidun aka Ian Martial) came together to form the duo, Criminal Minds.

Flavio, originally from Aveiro, Portugal, started DJing in 2000 under the name "Cybertrop" on the Portugese label Yanomani. In 2008, after moving to Switzerland, he changed his name to Magic Mind and started playing many festivals in Switzerland and all over Europe. During this time he also started developing his own sound and founded the psytrance party label, Space Nomads.

Gian Affolter has been an eclectic musician since his early childhood and has been producing his own music since 2002. In 2006 he founded the minimal/electro project mindwipe, putting out his first releases on Elastictrax. In 2008, Gian started a new Full- on Project called Kaidun and worked out a new plastic round, chunky Full on / Psy trance live act. Soon after, he joined the labels Space Nomads and Nandan Production.

Criminal Minds joined forces to create a new, unique and very powerful sound. Combining the best influences of the past to create something new. Portugal's psy meets Switzerland's melodic sounds.

For three decades, DJ Mary Jane has been amazing crowds across the country with her rollercoaster ride of emotional rhythms and grooves, layering melodies together with extreme precision. Combining heavy, bass driven tracks with driving synths and moody, dark, heavy pounding rhythms, Mary Jane always grabs the listener’s attention. She has opened up for such world reknown talent as Paul Oakenfold, Sandra Collins, The Crystal Method, Mark Farina, Deepsky, Evil 9, Krafty Kuts, Timo Maas, Frankie Bones, Boombox, amongst many others. She has also performed at hundreds of different events across the United States in 25 different cities, as well as been a resident DJ at numerous nightclubs throughout Memphis, spinning everything from techno, tech house, minimal, tribal, breaks, progressive and more. Being coined as the "Godmother" of the Memphis underground electronic scene, Mary Jane has also owned and operated 2 electronic record stores in her past, as well as promoted events with her crew, ESP, and is now focusing on music production.  She is also a proud member of the Bang Tech 12 artist collective worldwide. Mary Jane also hosted her own online radio show, entitled "Outbreak" live on Fnoob Techno Radio out of the UK. Currently she has also teamed up with Eno ?Confusion? to form TOIL, a dark techno project.  Her legendary sets have been listened to world wide, as she continues to spread her infectious & hypnotic sounds to the masses. She currently resides in Colorado and still continues to push the envelope of proper underground electronic music.
