Homayoun Behi (also known as Ewan, Persian: همایون بهی, born February 22, 2000) is an Iranian electronic music producer and sound artist. He is one of the co-founders of the Radiopodc MUSIC label.

In 2020, he began his professional music journey by joining the International Federation of French Musicians (FIM) and the Association of Iranian Music Artists. In 2022, he left both organisations and continued independently.

In May 2023, he became affiliated with the Cafe De Anatolia label and later collaborated with Soundavenue. That same year, he released an EP titled Recovery Time through The Electric EDN Records, a sublabel of The Audio Atelier.

In 2025, he released the single "A Thousand Regrets" under the Le Guaro Music label — a fusion of trance and techno built around the haunting vocals of Vahid Taj, with atmospheric effects drawn from the voice of the late master Mohammad-Reza Shajarian. The track combines elements of Persian classical poetry and deep cinematic textures, marking a distinct point in his artistic evolution.

Ingate Records is a new brand label founded in 2024.  Ingate is focused to find talents and release good music, the main genres are Pop, Dance and Electronic music. The target is to delivery always quality to the people.
Our ambition is to take the artists to the next level and create a label where they can grow, connect and collaborate with like-minded people.
