In the summer, over the course of a weekend, we allow ourselves to fall under the spell of the symphony orchestra. We build castles in the air from live music. And at night we move through electronic sounds like light and fog. We explore classical and ambient, electronic and contemporary, avant-garde, beats, rhythm and room acoustics, and blur the boundaries between club and concert hall. Three days at Schloss Bröllin filled with research labs and discoveries; a break from daily routine.

Die Geschichte von SÄNV – seit jeher dem guten Geschmack verpflichtet  
Der Ursprung von SÄNV reicht weit zurück, als Musik nicht nach Regeln sortiert, sondern nach Gefühl serviert wurde. Wir sind eine Musikmühle, in der statt Senf Musik gemahlen wird.

Die Technik war nie unser Antrieb. Wir lieben es, in den Tiefen der Musikwelt zu graben, Fundstücke zu heben und sie ohne übertriebene Übergänge direkt unters Volk zu bringe. 

Heute steht SÄNV für handverlesene, genreübergreifende Musik – kalt gemahlen, warm serviert. Wie genau wir unsere Mischung ansetzen bleibt jedoch ein Betriebsgeheimniss. Sicher ist nur: 
Ohne den richtigen Senf wäre sie nicht komplett.
