Portland, Oregon is home to Joe McAtee aka MAC, a man who has been spinning tunes for over 10 years. He is also a highly talented producer with a deep catalogue of material on a large number of labels and imprints. We are very pleased to present his 'Clash' EP. Featuring three original compositions and two remixes of the title track, one from UK producer Strong4Life and the other from the Bossman of Iron Shirt Recordings, Steven Lorenz.

Poker Flat Recordings continue their exceptional and prolific reputation with another collaboration between label boss Steve Bug and Cle. 

What makes this particularly mouthwatering is the addition of the legend that is Robert Owens, bringing his instantly recognizable, deeply soulful voice to the lead track.  

Stretching out over 8 luscious minutes, Owens delivers a classic, inspirational vocal over the slick, deep production. A shuffling beat, simple bassline and classic chord stabs make up the main elements, but the magic seems to be in the spaces created, instantly transporting you to that late night club vibe. 

The Dub Mix provides another take, stripping away most of the vocals and using the rest sparingly to create a deeply affecting cut.

Truant is undoubtedly a dynamic figure in the world of electronic music. There is probably no club in Poland where Patryk did’t played, not to mention festivals. From 2014, Truant could be heard at most Polish festivals such as Audioriver Festival, Opener Festival, LAS Camp, Plotzlich Am Meer, LAZZ, Wisłoujście, Come With Us, Summer Contrast as well as winter Snowfest. 

Currently associated with the capital clubs: Smolna and Luzztro.

First time behind the decks was around 2004 in the legendary, but unfortunately no longer existing Paragraph 51. Since that time he has been oscillating between different genres. His skills allows him to start a set from breaks through tribal old-school techno and industrial sounds ending with jungle or drum and bass.

Over the past 15 years, he has managed to build a solid foundation to call him a human orchestra. How do you determine Truant current style? Pumping techno with raw industrial and fast hi-hats.
