Ish Returns To System Error With Drum & Bass Infused LP Entitled “Psychedelic Renaissance”

Berlin based artist and live performer, Ish, showcases his diverse productions once more on the quickly establishing, System Error imprint. Taking care of the launch of their ERROR300 series. The “Psychedelic Renaissance'' LP is for the versatile tastemakers amongst us, focusing on a drum & bass style with a futuristic edge. The album meanders through six tracks that sum up the genre straining ethos the System Error brand continues to push, embracing the unique, and propelling otherworldly sound environments for listeners to enjoy.

“Psychedelic Renaissance” sees the Swiss producer utilise his vast musical knowledge, proving his versatility once more with an intriguing body of work that sits comfortably under the System Error umbrella as they inaugurate their Drum & Bass offshoot, ERROR300.

SYSTEM ERROR & FRIENDS UKRAINE FUNDRAISER

In 2021 we did our first label event in Kyiv and we were welcomed with open arms.
The mentality, openness, hospitality and drive of the people we met in Ukraine struck us immediately and that year was the beginning of many new meaningful encounters and the beginning of many new friendships. The offensive war of Russia against Ukraine and the Ukrainian people is a horror we couldn’t have imagined to witness here in Europe in our lifetime. And we still can’t believe that it is happening but had to come to terms with this new cruel reality at the same time.

We thought a lot about what we could do besides helping and supporting our friends personally and in the end it came back to what connected us in the first place and what we do best and passionately, MUSIC! 

For this reason we put together a 23 Track strong compilation from artists from our label, friends labels and friends of friends from all around the world.

A big thank you to all the artists who contributed and also to those who wanted to contribute, we had to close the submissions at some point so we could finish the project.

Further we wanna thank Sasse & Alberto at Black Head Studios for contributing their labor to the project and Mastering the 23 Tracks in record time, Scruffy Studio for creating the Artwork and Zac Bidwell for helping with press and communication as well as to our dedicated System Error label team which put in extra hours to make this happen.

All proceedings from this compilation will be donated to Doctors Without Borders for their help in Ukraine.

Manchester based DJ and producer Marcus Paulson debuts on MOS Recordings. Kicking of with a typical Aroy Dee-approved sunrise jam on 'No Go Zone' before three slabs of jacking acid take over. Ticking all boxes from thumping Chicago house to gritty acid and emotive tear jerking strings this EP has all MOS characteristics from start to finish.

Sanandreas' debut release on System Error's ERROR300 Series is a beautiful and touching 4 tracker that will touch your soul.
From the subtle but driving title track "Lun", to the emotional jungle track "The Core" on the A-Side. And the both equally touching versions of Reminiscence, the Blunt Mix that could also fit in any club set and the even more gentle Sunrise Mix. Having conceived most of the tracks during a hard time while saying goodbye and mourning the loss of his late mother all 4 tracks on this EP confront the listener with deep emotions from sadness to happiness. A truly beautiful work of art.

Italien born now Berlin based DJ, Producer, Label & Record Store owner Deluka kicks things off for Futuristic Architecture, System Error's newest offshoot for all things strictly Techno.

Deluka has long been a secret tip among vinyl and techno heads in Berlin and afar, having been a resident for several years at Berlin's infamousls wild Same Bitches Party and the founder of No Signal Records and the now in 2023 newly opened Record Store of the same name.

With his Heroes EP he put 4 timeless puristic techno tracks on wax paying homage to his musical hereos.

We couldn't think of a better artists to start of this new adventure since he was one of the main sources of reminding us of how much we do love techno since we touched down in Berlin in 2013.
