孤児院の最大の問題点は、孤児の問題は解決されていて、考える必要はないと社会に錯覚させてしまうことです。

血のつながった家族の中では、子どもは社会の中で生きることを学び、その規範やルールに同化していきます。孤児院ではこのようなことはありません。それには多くの理由があります。主な問題の1つは、個人の境界線がないことです。孤児院の子どもたちは、フェルトペンでサインされたパンツを除いて、おもちゃや持ち物など、すべてを共有しています。「ナイトテーブルにもトイレにも部屋にも鍵はなく、基本的に子どもにはパーソナルスペースがありません。それに、もちろん、ボランティアやゲストの人たちが、会いたくても会いたくなくてもやってきます。

孤児院に一時的に滞在しただけでも、その後の人生に重大な影響を及ぼします。なぜなら、泣いている赤ちゃんには誰も近づかず、抱っこして揺らすこともなく、自分だけの「安全な大人」もいないからです。泣いている赤ちゃんに誰も近づかず、抱っこしてあやしてくれない。ヨーロッパのいくつかの国では、5歳未満の子どもを集団施設に預けることを、法律上、あるいは実際に禁止しています。

一部の孤児院では閉鎖的なシステムのため、入所者は仲間からの広範な身体的暴力だけでなく、介護者や外部から孤児院に来た人などの大人からの性的暴力にもさらされています。また、寄宿舎で暮らす子どもたちは、罰として精神科病院に送られることもあります。現在、このようなケースを管理することは事実上不可能です。公的機関は、児童養護施設に必要なアクセス権を持っていません（コロニーや未決拘置所の収容状況をチェックすることはできますが）。2011年には、「親の介護を受けられない孤児や子どもの権利の公的監視に関する法律」がロシア連邦議会に提出されましたが、受け入れられませんでした。

The range also encompasses Techbeat, Liquid, Ambient, Indie Dance, Atmospheric . . .
Some of these tracks describe a story or scenario, a series of vignettes rendered into an expressive form.

Formerly from a scientific / tech development background, in academia and private sectors.

For many years, I spent endless hours designing and building my own synth engines (formerly an engineer with one of the Lucas Films spinoffs).  Now I spend endless hours creating presets, soundscapes and compositions in my ever evolving synth lab, spawning tracks from the incubator . . . and mystifying the neighbors in the pre-dawn hours.
