A beautiful blend of lyrics, vocals and guitar!

Here's another cool composition that @nic_nic_nic Nic sent over for me to color on.  Like Vast Fields and Torres Strait, it's got an understated moody kinda vibe to it.   This one really grew each time one of us would touch the project.  It's been fun to hear it evolve over the past month or so.  

It's a 12 minute plus commitment should you choose to make it, but hopefully you'll find it musically interesting throughout.  Nic likened it to a big Italian meal with lots of delicious side dishes.  I thought that was appropriate.

The guitar idea for this piece was originally recorded back in 2015.
It stayed on my hard drive until i stumbled across it again recently. 
I liked the chords as they brought back some memories and feelings of nostalgia......

It's a song about life and love as most Country based songs are but this song has a great drive and passion in it. Doug wrote this song many moons ago along with a whole Aladdin's cave of pearls and gems, he is a first class song writer. i would strongly recommend for you to visit his SoundCloud site to hear some more really amazing songs. 

I was very honored when Doug asked my if i would like to write a backing track and produce this song  for him and i have to say its one of those songs that i just love to listen to.
