My guest in the 2nd hour is Tonia Nee who comes from London. American born with Irish descent, Tonia DJs regularly at
events in London and internationally. She is also the founder of Synthapise, a non-profit making event series raising awareness and funds for animals rights and individual causes.  Tonia's exuberant energy, her attraction to dark, emotive baselines. and her charisma, passion and drive are all part of and evident in her DJ sets.

My guest in the 2nd hour is Dewalenn who had a promising career as a guitarist until an accident severed two tendons and a nerve in one hand. Unable to play guitar, Dewalenn sought another way of expression through music. Now Dewalenn is resident DJ of the ARTNORMES collective that promotes subversive nights in Bordeaux committed to trans-feminist empowerment through art and music. As a DJ and Producer, Dewalenn's mixes are euphoric and offbeat musical trips with high voltage, decadent decibels for incandescent incantations to the glory of techno music.

Her passion for electronic music was ignited during her time at Bristol University, frequenting iconic clubs such as Lakota, Motion and Dojo. Kicking off her DJ career in Ibiza, highlights since have included; Ministry of Sound, UK festivals, East London sets and performing alongside legends such as Hernan Cattaneo, Darren Emerson and Danny Howells. Having set up her own touring event ‘Minority Influence’, championing ethnic minority and female DJ’s, Light Gal is a fierce supporter of emerging talent in the house and techno scene.

Naomi was inspired to take up DJ-ing after seeing a gig by the inspirational Lisa Lashes. Recently, she was one of the first batch of students to graduate from the Lisa Lashes School of Music and at the Unity of Sound event, which marked the conclusion of the course, she played an amazing b2b set with Lisa Lashes herself. Naomi is a real powerhouse behind the decks and her sets are not to be missed.

Helping me Draw The Line this week, with her guest mix in the 2nd hr, is madwoman who comes from Sweden and is now based in Berlin. She is part of the @femalepressure network. Her sounds are  hypnotic and high energy, influenced by industrial heavy bass lines and trippy acid elements. 
She recently performed in the Closer Club area in Kiev Ukraine, across Switzerland, Israel, Hamburg and in clubs in Berlin. Currently she is focusing on an upcoming EP that she will release when she finds the right label that aligns with her values in the industry.
Her music invites you to go within yourself to find the warmth and beauty in the darker sounds of techno.
She has called her mix ‘Breaking Through.’

Helping me Draw The Line this week, with her guest mix in the 2nd hr, is Christina Semmler who comes from Germany. She currently holds a residency with  URBAN Droogs  at MTW Club in Offenbach. In 2017 she played a live set at  HOPPELHASEN Open Air in Hanau and produced her first original tracks. Her first vinyl EP, ‘Troublemaker,’ with remixes from Torsten Kanzler and Wex10, was released by Kellerbeats Records on 14th Dec. "When I make music, I forget the world,” is the attitude of this young female producer.

Pina trained at Istanbul State Conservatory as an opera singer and now combines her education with electronic music. She uses her own vocals and records as a bridge between techno, electro and house genres; a sound that creates an emotional feeling that comes from her heart.:-

She is a resident of Berlin label Wex and AHAAD and also a member of Ukrainian promotional group 2PLAY. Olesia plays techno and also makes ambient, dub techno and experimental electronica. Her wide, bold and extraordinary musical taste makes her a frequent guest at various parties. In her sets, Olesia likes to combine different shades of techno, creating dynamic, cosmic stories. From darkness to depth, from minimalism to density and from acid to breakbeat.

I was born in Brantford Ontario Canada July 11th 1963,
I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.
