Simple file to install a trigger phrase: "chill out, bro." The trigger will stop your thoughts for a second. 

The safeties for the trigger are that it's only usable by you, the listener, and anyone you decide should be able to use it. It also will not work in any situations where a lapse in concentration would be dangerous; a specific example given is that it won't help you behind the wheel of a car.

This file aims to turn the listener into a jockbro. Confident, motivated, respecting himself, endulging in bro-ish mannerisms, excited to hang out with trusted bros, dress more jock-like (Jockstraps, thongs, tanktops, caps, etc), aiming to motivate others with initiative, positivity, and aiming to be the best bro one can be.
It also aims to install a hyperfocused state when working out (at home or at the gym), itching and craving the pump, etc. File includes binaurals and general memory play. It does not include D/s suggestions (But it is aimed at submissive listeners, using language that may appeal more to them).

Coach Nacho's Jockbro Brainwashing V1

This file is focused on a mindless muscle flow (with a little bit of dumbing down). It's meant to be used after both the induction and the gym motivation file. The goal is to continue to build that connection to a flow state where it's easy to connect to your muscle and strength. It also encourages slightly slower conscious processing and the enjoyment of being a fun, carefree jock. It's not meant to be an intense effect, but please be cautious and understand your limits there. As always, a section of the file reminds you that you can skip any suggestions that don't fit for you while choosing to connect with the ones that do.

Mindless muscle flow

This file encourages the listener to be a dumb jock and take on several stereotypical behaviors, including:
    • feeling more connected to muscle
    • stopping and flexing in front of mirrors
    • processing thoughts more slowly and losing track of ideas
    • saying “duhhhh” more often
    • drooling more often
    • laughing and flexing when ideas are too complex
The file reinforces these behaviors as you notice and enjoy them, but never refers to them in a degrading way. It includes suggestions at the beginning and the end to say that while these effects are strong, looping and building, they only happen when the listener is safe and the context is right. Please be aware of your capacity around these types of files and play safely.
This file uses a trance trigger from my induction file, but once that trigger is in place, it should be able to be used in connection with any of my other files easily.
