Bad/Love’s debut ‘The World In Colour‘ is a expertly executed first release by an experienced collection of musicians, drawing nostalgic influences from early thousands Emo/Screamo band’s like Saosin, Anberlin and more. 

The single features 2 x ARIA award winning vocalist, Marcus Bridge (Northlane) and has been recorded, mixed and mastered by Callan Orr at Avalanche Studios (Dream On Dreamer, Young Lions, Bad Juju).

"Marcus has been an integral part of the recording process. Being a long time friend we have always shared a love of Emo music. Working alongside Landon, the two have really gone above and beyond capturing the melodic essence of artists that shaped us both as people and as musicians"- Lachlan Monty."

Bad/Love consists of members Landon Kirk (Vocals), Lachlan Monty (Guitar), Zac Noble (Bass) & Luke Weber (Drums). No strangers to the Australian Music Scene, the members have performed/perform in bands such as Make Them Suffer, Dream On Dreamer, Wither & Like Royals. Multiple members have shared the stage either playing alongside each other in different bands or together in the same band and have an undeniable and visible chemistry only years of practice together & friendship can create.

The project comes from a place of wholesome love for a particular era of music and wanting to bring those stylings into the present day.
