Meditation today should be a subject in schools from an early age. It is a magic formula to fight against chaos and for peace, but could you meditate on Venus? It is a planet that has inspired many artists creating true works of art and havens of peace and love. Venus is inhuman and a warning of how we can end, and yet it has always seemed wonderful to us!
This piece is a reflection on the meditation that we practice in a socially chaotic and stressed world, looking at the real and continuous present from a point so far away that it seems beautiful to us.

UTOPIA | DYSTOPIA

This track has been in my head as an idea for quite a while. I was looking for an opportunity to give one of my favorite guitar players on SoundCloud a prime spot in a new tune of mine. I am referring to Louis Taverna @louis-taverna here, an extraordinary electric guitar player, who is a master in all the fields of shred guitar playing rooted in the eighties and beyond. He does so with taste and conviction. And boy, he helps lift this jazz rock and prog track to great heights! I hope you’ll enjoy this as much as I did!

My favorite theme is Metamorphosis.
The violin and piano engage in a pensive and dreamlike dialogue in minor harmonies, supported by ethereal and unsettling motifs from the woodwind instruments, exploring the idea of ​​transition from one state to another.

I've been on Soundcloud for six years now and it's been great exploring the work of other artists.  There is so much generosity of spirit on this platform, it's just what you need when most of your music is made solo. 

I started out playing classical and Spanish guitar, then took up flamenco to ease myself away from the confines of musical notation. As a result, Latin rhythms often creep into my music. 

A friend introduced me to steel string and electric guitars just a few years ago and I still find the scope they bring dizzying... but what fun!
