What's the deal with these Presgers, why haven't they got an empire too? I just don't trust 'em... great mysterious soundscape!

Love that static discharge. Makes me think of being in one of those electricity arcing rooms of Tesla's... but musical in nature. :)

Interesting combination of tranquil melodies with intense industrial/factory sounds. And I'm imagining that scenario happening now, on modern day Earth. Alien intervention might just be the shock this system needs. Haha.

Imagine a bloated human empire sprawled across the galaxy, as arrogant and brutal as ancient Rome. They becomes aware of a shadowy alien species, the Presger, so technically advanced that humans are considered little more than irritating bugs. Is this a new beginning or the beginning of the end?

Inspired by Ann Leckie's Ancillary trilogy.

The Presger (Interlude)

I've been on Soundcloud for six years now and it's been great exploring the work of other artists.  There is so much generosity of spirit on this platform, it's just what you need when most of your music is made solo. 

I started out playing classical and Spanish guitar, then took up flamenco to ease myself away from the confines of musical notation. As a result, Latin rhythms often creep into my music. 

A friend introduced me to steel string and electric guitars just a few years ago and I still find the scope they bring dizzying... but what fun!
