Alternatively, "I figured out how to make a proper pad!" Edition. And it's competently mixed this time.

Same sound as before, Cheap Electric Piano, now across seven tracks instead of five. Most changes are in the first half, which felt empty and bland prior.

I used Waveshaper's Picture in Motion. I had quite a hard time making this out of one single sound clip. I tried 3 others before that and dedicated many hours to making them work, but was not able to. My biggest issue was not being able to keep track of the beats. Since I had to do it manually, it took more time.

original song: tierra whack - pretty ugly

it's pretty sloppy but it's fine for what it is (i couldn't get the music to fit into beats after slowing it down. last time i slowed the song down using audacity before running it through ableton -- this time i only used audacity to loop the entire song, which is again very sloppy)

Decided to download Komplete Start, and have been messing about with some of the sounds it comes with. Unfortunately, most of those experiments went basically nowhere, and I had to find a new idea to work with. Found a good piano in Komplete Kontrol and went from there.

The intro up to the tempo shift is pretty much final barring some sound adjustments. Everything after that is rough and incomplete. Don't know where it will end, but it will go somewhere.
