Seattle singer-rapper Paradame has an alluring way about her, with music that deviates from the commercial sounds of the genres it bridges while still remaining accessible. As both a solo artist and one-half of the experimental hip hop group Active I , Paradame has been busy paving her own lane as an artist since her debut on Audiodose Records in 2011. Her blending of dark electronica and R&B laced with smooth but fiery vocals has continued to acuminate throughout the course of releasing three solo albums, in addition to two albums with Active I, and over 50 guest features on various mixtapes and EPs.

Paradame’s songwriting skill and live performances display an unmistakable uniqueness and attitude, coupled perfectly by producer J.Lee Mezus’ bass-heavy rhythms, which have been hailed by industry critics and fans alike. Altogether, her sound heavily rooted in hip hop, draws from various influences, fusing elements of dark wave, R&B, soul, and punk rock. With an energy often laced with darkness, yet wielding a message of light, she’s earned the meaning of her name – the paradoxical dame.

Laura Lynn is a New York-based DJ and producer originally from Taos, New Mexico. Her sound lives in the vibrant intersection of house, groove, disco, italo, and electro — always guided by a balearic spirit and an open mind that embraces a broad range of eclectic dance music.

Her journey began in 2009 in the height of the electro-pop-clash era, with a pivotal point in Portland, OR, where she launched Modern Ritual and was the talent booker for The Liquor Store which brought a wide range of artists to the Pacific Northwest. 

Now based between Upstate New York and Brooklyn, Laura Lynn is nurturing the Hudson Valley's electronic music scene. She is the founder of Disco Chalet, a mid-winter party with a vintage après-ski disco theme that has hosted house and disco legends Heidi Lawden, Justin Strauss, Eli Soul Clap and Midnight Magic.

Laura Lynn's talent and energy has taken her across North America and Europe, sharing stages with artists such as Crazy P, Demi Riquisimo, DJ Boring, Soul Clap, Purple Disco Machine, and more.

In 2024, she released edits with long time friend Jesse Gay thru Soul Clap Records Exclusives, breathing new life into cherished '70s tracks, now available on Bandcamp. Her first original release with Jesse are set for 2025.
