this is just a page where i post rough ideas that im working out. sometimes i dont complete things, and others i see potential and finish but dont post them here.

the name is just an alias since i dont want people i personally know to see this stuff and i've already had to change it since some people found it.

i sing random gibberish and these are not legit song titles.

a lot of the melodies are on the fly, so some sound bad but i just didn't bother trimming it. of course after several takes recording, some of the melodies are planned, but often the tail end of the demos are still completely on the fly, thus they either just suck or are pitchy since none of the notes are planned.

i just post super rough stuff cuz im always full of doubt and want to see how people respond to snippets to see if they like it so i have a better idea of which ideas i should put effort into completing.

still kinda forming a style, but thinking I'm going to take a minimalistic approach like the white stripes, and the strokes. it's more enjoyable to put effort into the melodies as opposed to more complicated riffs and what not. i probably wont go anywhere with music lol but i always appreciated simpler songs when learning other artists songs so that i could actually play songs on my own and have it sound complete.

Babyshambles and Parlophone are thrilled to announce that the third Babyshambles album Sequel To The Prequel is out now!  Preceded by a first single Nothing Comes To Nothing  the album was recorded at Question Du Son, Paris and mixed in The Bunker, London, with producer/mixer and long time Shambles collaborator Stephen Street.

As Peter Doherty told the NME last week, "I don't want this to be half arsed, I want to get up there and really fu*king smash it out. Babyshambles aren't back, this band has always been here". On hearing the final version of the single Nothing Comes To Nothing, Peter stated, "it actually made me cry".
