With the aim of being the number 1 hybrid event within the amapiano scene; the shows provide a unique musical experience for its attendees where they, the DJ’s and the instrumentalists are the main attractions.

Since finding a love for 4x4 from growing through the UKG era, Lance Morgan has enjoyed a meteoric rise within the UK Underground scene. Lance began to harness his skills and increase his understanding of the music which developed his ability to consistently deliver hard-edge, bass driven grooves was quickly noticed as he began filling dance floors across London earning regular guest slots on Rinse FM & Kiss FM.

Fuelled by sheer determination, Lance pushed himself to create an environment that allowed ravers to feel free whilst letting loose to the four to the floor bass lines he craved to play. This resulted in the launch of his ever popular brand Frequency. With his reputation gaining popularity with its bass driven music policy, Lance took the Frequency Brand across the country showcasing acts such as Dirty Channels, Matt Fear, Kreature, Clouded Judgemnt & Many more. He also programmed a stage at UK festival Outbreak in 2014 as well as finding Frequency a home with a Bi-monthly residency at Warehouse London. Lance has fulfilled a busy booking schedule including gigs at Sankeys Ibiza, Ministry of Sound & events all over the UK and Europe.

Parallel to his DJ’ing, Lance spends an unprecedented amount of time in the studio. His 1st release came in May 2013, a co-production with Storm Productions released on Audio Rehab “When The Night Falls” and got a huge response. Lance released further material on plus recordings, House Entertainment, Shadow Music and also had time to do an Official Remix of the Smash hit “Adorn” by Miguel for Sony RCA Records. Lance has spent the majority of 2014 in the studio perfecting his sound creating music, ready for release in 2015.

Marcus Damon, Started as a DJ in the late 00’s, playing at small functions to build up his portfolio as a DJ mixing his interests in 90s music such hip hop & R’n’B, Soul, jazz music and House & Garage Music. 

After evolving to hear the sounds of Amapiano in late 2019, Marcus Damon started to produce Amapiano influenced music and is currently getting his music heard from all over the world from releasing his music on major platforms such as Spotify.

Marcus slowly used that skill to forward a career in recording and production which gave him an outlook how to form good music, in terms of how it is produced. He has always had a critical listening ability to spot out where the depth is sustained within a track why it is important for depth to be sustain, with tracks from Dr Dre such as; California Love, Jill Scott’s A Long Walk and Timberland’s get your freak on with Missy Elliott giving him the influence to create a certain sound made him what he is now. Step by step, Marcus enhances his career even further in the music industry by becoming more versatile as an artist. Marcus attended London College of Music studying BA Music Technology, which has enhanced his knowledge in music production with mixing and mastering. 

Marcus is known for making experimental soul music blending hip-hop & R’n’B and soul, creating an ambient and calm sound for his audience. Also, creating upbeat but soulful house sounds to branch out into the club scene. After being recognised from a previous cover of remixing the The Weeknd’s Often, Marcus has a fan base keeping track of his progress. Short term goal, Marcus aspires to be a teacher at a secondary school/college teaching his knowledge to the young generation and watching them grow into what he is today and long term goals, he plans to open up a studio space and generate an income with getting clients into the studio to rehearse, record and anything relevant to music production or performance.

aprtment is a house & r&b collective formed during the pandemic, originally made up of producer (dean m.f johnson), vocalist (shea soul) and dj (parismatiq), and now joined by dj (miamor) as part of the collective. with nothing but time on their hands, they made music and invited creatives into their aprtment with the aim of showcasing that some light can come out of a dark situation
