With 20 years of experience, this chilean musician and dj is one of most recognized in the local urban music scene. Recently he was in charge of the scratchs in Makiza, the most representative band of the Chilean hip hop and also in Ultrafat Sound System, pioneers of the drum'n'bass live show in Santiago. He is always looking for new musical movements that origin new sounds and constantly updating his sets to sound fresh whenever is his turn on the controls . 
He has taken part in big festivals all across Chile 
and It has done presentations in whole South America and in 2006 an important humanitarian tour with Makiza to Haiti
Between 2009 and 2010, he has played his dj sets for Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Germany , Serbie, Belgium and France.
He gained the respect of the specialized critics with his intense sets of high musical and technical skills, with the scratch as the lead role and where he confortably plays with latin riddims , hip hop, dub, reggae, nu jazz , and breakbeats of last generation like electro and dubstep .

Il a scratché récemment sur les platines de Makiza, le groupe le plus influent du hip-hop made in Chile et aussi pour Ultrafat Sound System, les pionniers de la Drum'n'bass en live à Santiago, la capitale du pays. Multipliant les trouvailles sonores et rythmiques, orné de turntablism et beats électro est maintenant une référence incontournable de la scène urbaine chilienne
Il a participé aux grands festivals organisés au Chili  et aussi Il a été applaudi dans toute l'Amérique du Sud. En 2006, il a participé avec Makiza à une importante tournée à caractère humanitaire qui s'est terminée à Haïti, lors d'un concert évènement devant dix mille personnes à Port-au-Prince.
Entre 2009 et 2010, il a porté ses dj sets par la Suisse, le Danemark, la Suède, la Norvège, l'Espagne, l'Allemagne, la Belgique et la France.
 Il a gagné le respect de la critique spécialisée par l'énergie communicative de ses sets intenses et ses scratchs endiablés, d'un haut niveau technique et musical, flirtant aussi bien la musique sud-américaine avec le hip-hop, le reggae dub, l'acid Jazz, la drum'n'bass et les breakbeats les plus innovants comme l´electro et le dubstep.

Con 20 años de carrera avalando su trayectoria , este músico y dj chileno es uno de los más destacados en la escena de la música urbana nacional . Fué el encargado de los scratchs en Makiza , la banda mas representativa del hip hop chileno hasta el 2006 , año de su separación definitiva y también en Ultrafat Sound System, pioneros del drum´n´bass en vivo en Santiago. 
Siempre atento a todo movimiento musical que de origen a nuevos sonidos , se mantiene actualizando constantemente sus sets para sonar fresco cada vez que llega su turno en los controles. 
Ha participado en los grandes festivales que se han hecho a lo largo de todo Chile y ha dado presentaciones en todo Sudamérica, destacando el 2006 una importante gira humanitaria junto a Makiza a Haití .
Desde el 2009 en adelante realiza giras a Europa y  presenta sus eclécticos dj sets por bares , clubes y festivales del viejo continente .
En este periodo , mas de 200 flyers llevaron su nombre , en diversos países como Suiza , Dinamarca , Suecia, Noruega , España , Alemania , Serbia, Bélgica y  Francia.
Por todo esto , dj Nakeye se a ganado el respeto de la crítica especializada por sus intensos sets de alto nivel técnico y musical, con el scratch como protagonista y en donde se pasea cómodamente por el hip-hop, el dub-reggae, el nüjazz, el drum´n´bass y los breakbeats de ultima generación como el dubstep y el electro, sin olvidar sus raíces latinoamericanas .

Raised on the South Side of Chicago, Vic rose to public awareness as a member of the eclectic hip-hop band Kids These Days and founder of the Chicago collective SAVEMONEY alongside Chance The Rapper and other local upstarts Joey Purp and Peter CottonTale. His solo debut mixtape INNANETAPE dropped in 2013, igniting immediate accolades (including a spot on the XXL Freshman cover in 2014), and a fortuitous introduction to Jay Z that led to a record deal with Roc Nation. Mensa went on to help Kanye West pen his esoteric song “Wolves” from The Life of Pablo, drop three critically acclaimed EPs (2016’s There’s A Lot Going On, 2018’s Hooligans, and 2020’s V TAPE) and his debut full length The Autobiography (2017), as well as furthering social causes in his hometown through his nonprofit SAVEMONEYSAVELIFE. In both music and his social activism, Vic challenges the American system responsible for a history of overcriminalization, racial injustice, and issues that affect the lives of people in underserved communities, while showcasing profound levels of consciousness and self-reflection.
