Dj Lance Supery Cunningham – Forged in the heat of the beat.What’s the Supery about I hear you say.  Well the name was taken from my dad who was a well known Motown and funk dj back in the 70’s and 80’s.  The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree so they say as I acquired his passion for music and skill on decks.Many a night I would be stood on the Wigan Pier dance (a long time ago) floor thinking ‘That was a bad mix’ or ‘they should have mixed something else in there’. So that’s what made me start. I wanted to take the knowledge that I had picked up on the dance floor into the DJ booth.As a person I love all types of music but as a dj my passion is house.  I have played all types throughout the years from La+n house all the way through to Techno but my favourite has always been deep house, the groovier the be-er.I have played at many clubs throughout my career some small some large.  I have even graced a few beaches and fes+vals, Glastonbury being my crowning achievement.
