  DJ Effect Born and Raised In Washington Heights Area Of New York. A Predominately Dominican Populated Area Effect Was Introduced To Music At A Very Young Age, But It Was Not The Part Of His Life He Reached For. His Love For Basketball Over Shadowed All Else. Introduced To The Game At The Tender Age Of 7 He Couldn't Be Seen Without A Pair Of Basketball Shorts And A Ball. Until An Accident That Put His Visions Of A Career To A Screeching Holt, Breaking Both Of His Legs In Sports Related Injuries Left Him Both Physically And Mentally Unable To Continue His Passion Without Risking His Future Health.  

 DJ Effect Turned To His Closest Friend For Comfort And Support (DJ Will and DJ Mel) Who Are The Two Majorly Responsible For Getting Him Into The DJ Game For All Aspects. Privet Events, Clubs and Corporate Affairs They Instilled The Knowledge He Needed To Be Able To Handle Any Situation Handed To Him. DJ Effects Biggest Break Was His 1st Big Gig At A Formally Well Known Club Called "Club Touch" Opening Up For DJ Big Ben and DJ Camilo. After That Day Is When He Knew The Club Scene Is Where He Belonged. 

 From That Day Forth DJ Effect Has Been Spinning Every Thing From 90's Hip Hop and R'n'B to Latin Music (Merengue Bachata and Salsa). Being Able To Easily Switch From English To Spanish And Connect With A Diverse Crowd Has Benefited Him. Traveling All The East Coast, West Coast, Canada, And Europe Showed Him To Other Styles Of Music To Help Improve His Own Style.
