A powerhouse in the global electronic dance scene, BK (Big Kid) has solidified his reputation as an international DJ and producer, captivating audiences with his signature #TheSoundOfBK—
a dynamic fusion of hard-hitting techno-house & circuit beats and lush, emotive synth arrangements.

With a career spanning the world’s premier party destinations, BK has headlined major clubs and festivals across Asia—from Taipei, Beijing, and Hong Kong to Bangkok, Shanghai, and 
Singapore; also made waves in North America, Europe, and Australia; and played to packed dance floors in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Sydney, Zurich, and beyond.

He headlines sets at some of the city’s most celebrated parties, including Reflex, Primetime, Momentum, and Masterbeat Hard Labor. Meanwhile, in San Francisco, he was a staple at iconic events like Chaos, Underworld, Shangrila, and Evolution. Beyond California, he ignited dance floors at Jungle and Xion Afterhours (Atlanta), Fly (Toronto), and GayGlow (Chicago's Nvrland Festival). 

Now based in Singapore, BK continues to make waves with his residencies at SLAY & Aquaholic Parties in Singapore, while still touring the globe. His innovative sound has made him a sought-after remixer for top artists and labels. At the height of covid in  2020, BK’s remix for Major Lazer (Diplo) feat. Marcus Mumford’s “Lay Your Head On Me” was selected as part of the official remix package. Additionally, his official remixes of Dave Aude feat. Olivia Newton-John & Chloe Lattanzi’s “You Have To Believe” (2016) and Ariana Grande’s “God Is A Woman” (2018) both reached the No. 1 spot on the U.S. Billboard Dance Club Play. 

ADVOCATING FOR SOCIAL CHANGE

Beyond the decks, BK is a proud LGBTQ+ advocate and a leading voice for equality in Asia. A dedicated ambassador for Singapore’s Pink Dot Pride event, he has been featured in The New York Times, Reuters, The Washington Post, and Bloomberg News for his activism. His historic challenge to repeal Singapore’s S377A law, which criminalized gay sex, helped pave the way for its overturn in 2022—a landmark moment in LGBTQ+ rights. 

From performing on the world’s biggest stages to championing social change, BK continues to push boundaries—both in music and beyond.

He studied percussion for many years and based in Taipei. Since he was 15 he has loved to listen to Western music. His discovery of remixing increased his passion for music, especially House.

After many years of experience as a DJ, he is into more types of music, besides House, his favorites being Electro, Trance and Progressive.

His passion for music is not only for self-enjoyment but also for sharing with the others.

He has also created many rework mix tracks with his unique anthem and tribal music elements, including Kylie Minogue, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Lady GaGa, Rihanna , Katy Perry, just to name a few.

Now he is still maintaining his passion for music as a DJ and is getting more and more invitations for coming party gigs.
