Co La (Software)、Andrew Pekler (Entr’acte)、D/P/I (Leaving)、TCF (Ekster)、M.E.S.H. (PAN)といった世界各地の先鋭的な電子音楽作家を招聘してきた〈melting bot〉プロデュースの越境地下電子イベント〔BONDAID〕が第7回目のラッキー・セブンを迎えて送る祝祭“FIESTA!”を今年で５周年記念を迎える渋谷WWWにて開催。ゲスト・アクトはHype Willimas (Hyperdub)での来日パフォーマンスが大絶賛だったロンドンの女流電子作家Inga Copelandの日本初のソロ・ライブとミラノのサウンド・アートティストLorenzo Senniの〔Sonar〕でも評判となった“点描トランス”と称されるレイザーを使った、こちらも日本初となるインスタレーション“Oracle (神託)”。本公演は今年の6月に東京のLIQUIDROOMと大阪のCONPASSで行われたベルリンの実験／電子レーベル〈PAN〉をフィーチャーしたイベント〔PAN JAPAN SHOWCASE〕に続く、現在のイメージ化するジャンルと抽象化するダンス・ミュージックの坩堝を体現したコンテンポラリーな屋内レイヴ・ナイト。音楽、ダンス、アート、ファッションの先鋭がシーンを超えて集まった全14アクトでかつてない夜をお届けします。

This is a place to share hardware and software inventions, I was going to publish a book of my own but im going to start slowly putting them up here instead, it's too much work hassling people to do these things, so putting them here will hopefully reach the right people. Will start with the more simple ideas first.
 If you want to work with me on any of the ideas PM me with IDEAS in the subject, no person or company too big or small.
If you want to make it a commercial product then talk to me but im just as happy to work on it together and release it for free.
If it's someone elses idea just PM them, no need to tell me about that if you don't want to , although be interesting to know if I helped a hookup along the way.
Discussion and refinement of all ideas very welcome, in fact thats the main idea of this space.

The enigmatic Tennessee-raised, Turin-based Yves Tumor presents a poignant new album, recorded between Miami, Leipzig, Los Angeles and Berlin over the past three years. 

Evolved from a diverse and prolific creative history under an expansive plethora of covert aliases via various forward-thinking labels, 'Yves Tumor' emerges as his most personal and matured incarnation to date.

With involvement across various artistic outlets expanding to fashion such as a visceral live performance for LA's Hood By Air earlier this year, the global artist has built a distinctly bold personal aesthetic both musically and visually as a performer.

Painstakingly written from pieces developed upon since 2013, the new record, titled 'Serpent Music', was initially composed as a soul record - based around delicate and emotive songwriting in various forms. It was a highly difficult project to undertake on both a creative and personal level, weaving thematic links through paranoia, social anxiety, and missing loved ones. "The songs come from a much more emotional and very vulnerable place... They're very close to me and I've been cautious of how I would eventually present them to the world." he explains. 

The album spans sonically diverse and richly-textured pieces, formed from live, organic instruments, samples and various field recordings. Dreamlike lo-fi psychedelia sits alongside broken electronic experimentations, ambient compositions between abrasive noise offer insight into a haunting otherworld. From melodic choral vocals and soaring synths, to screeching guitar riffs, dramatic spoken word samples and live drumming, 'Serpent Music' evidently moves through a strange and intriguing personal journey.

The album is mastered and cut by Rashad Becker at D&M, featuring photography by Daniel Sannwald.

A triad makes up the title of Soho Rezanejad’s second full-length LP, Honesty Without Compassion is Brutality, and throughout the album we witness the singer and composer arranging, wading into terrains of each piece of that title statement. Honesty, however, feels like the central ethos, what animates the album like a spirit or lit candle. We become acquainted with Rezanejad’s voice in its many registers, sometimes pitch-shifted down into an unwavering masculine mouthpiece, at other points so close-mic’d that we hear her voice cracking, and soaring in a song like “Love’s a Raging Prey”, as single vowels are stretched vast across chromatic steps. But it’s not just the singer’s voice considered as a channel for honesty – the album is populated with birdcall, stumbling trumpet lines, robotic preset voice mailbox messages, a toddler’s utterances. All vocality is taken into account, which is compassion enacted. Whereas Rezanejad’s last album Six Archetypes delved into the elemental characters constituting our psyche, this collection of songs rings with greater concern for the external world – a terrain defined by piles of obsolete telephones in a landfill just as much as waves falling upon primordial beaches. Imminent catastrophe is no stranger to us in 2019, and these compositions take all kinds of apocalypse into account – be it biblical, interpersonal, or an ever-unfolding result of the systemic degradation of our planet’s climate. The urgency of compassion underlies the album, almost a tonal foundation: as Rezanejad sings, “Animal, you do not fool me / I would remind you, that you’re no stranger than me”. In compassion’s absence, brutality is all we can expect, and we hear a number of sonic landscapes on the album that seem to peer, honestly, into a future of exterminated life and machinated waste. But as a call to arms, or a celebration of love’s unmistakable pulse, or an admission of terror, Rezanejad’s brutal honesty can also be heard as radical compassion.
