Throw The Temple's current lineup of Gabe Gambino, Matt Garcia, Kent Sidlow and Kody Audette is a hard hitting slab of groove that promises to keep you movin' all night long. Since 2011, Throw The Temple has been tearing up the local Albuquerque scene with a familiar and unique sound and an infectious stage show that piques the interest of those in the room.

In 2013, the band won "Best Local Band" from iHeartRadio station 104.1 The Edge, as voted by local fans. They've shared the stage with bands like Otherwise, Local H, Raekwon, Mobb Deep, and were voted to play in festivals like Edgefest (2012, 2013) with bands like Incubus, Cage the Elephant, Bad Religion, Cake, The Killers, AWOLNATION, and more, and in 2014 were voted by their fans to play at Vans Warped Tour in Albuquerque, playing the "Kevin Says" stage.

On September 5, 2015, Throw The Temple released their debut album "No Way But Down", a long overdue offering to their fans with their now-familiar songs. The album was partially funded through a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, with the band drawing nearly three times what they were asking to complete the project. The 40-minute-long album was mixed and recorded by Jimmy J. Medina at Jimmy J. Music and Eric Esquibel's EVILESQ Records in their home base city of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The album was mastered by Brian Lucey of Magic Garden Mastering in Los Angeles, California, a Grammy Award-winning engineer whose noted works include AM by Arctic Monkeys, Brothers by The Black Keys, Meliora by Swedish band Ghost, and notable artists like Marilyn Manson and Grace Potter. Despite the album's title, things are looking up for Throw The Temple as they take the bands to heights.

A wild, high-energy show conjures up images geared toward the likes of Alice Cooper, KISS, Rob Zombie, GWAR, Murderdolls, Wednesday 13 and WASP…while carving out their own unique style and presence on stage. 

The show may also conjure up images of evil for those who believe that Rock ‘n Roll is the Devil’s music, but Seven Days 

Lost only wants to entertain you with a show based on a foundation of traditional hard rock based music that is as thick as brick and twice as hard. With a love of horror movies, over the top rock theatrics and a musical style that they describe as traditional metal. There is no real evil intended, just a kick ass Rock and Roll Show!!

Although most of the band had played together for several years Seven Days Lost officially came to be in 2007. In 2012 Seven Days Lost launched a full frontal assault through the Southwestern United States called “The End Of Days Tour“. The tour was highlighted by wonderfully received performances in Las Vegas, NV and in front of a full house at the world famous Whisky A GoGo right off of LA’s Sunset Strip, that left sold out attendance in awe of what they had just heard and seen, and excited with anticipation of the bands return.

Seven Days Lost promises to shake things up even more with the release of their new CD “Good Day to Die”. Six songs and two bonus radio versions for eight tracks total, that guarantees to leave you wanting more! With a couple music videos scheduled to be filmed in Late July and several regional and US national tours through out the year, along with increased media exposure, world wide distribution, and an over whelming social media buzz expect to hear the name "Seven Days Lost" again and again ...It's in your future!
