At a very early age Moziz (21) started his musical jourey, by gathering tracks that really spoke to him, tracks that weren't really popular with his peers, he wasn't afraid to be 'different' than the others.

Today you can clearly tell he stands out with his own productions and only focuses on productions he enjoys.

It all started with Moziz researching the World Wide Web for songs that really emotionally touched him on another level. Being born & raised in Belgium really opened up many possibilities for him namely because Belgium had a HUGE retro house scene back then and still do to this day.

People from his local area came to him asking him to burn some off the music he found onto CDs. This sparked a flame inside of him and he started to delve deeper into the electronic music scene. He discovered many great artists, the track that got Moziz hooked on electronic music was definently his favourite called "Glow" by Cirez D, better known as Pryda or Eric Prydz.

Seeing as he had gathered a big arsenal of songs, the next logical step for him was to start DJing, so he got his first all-in-one mixer and started to learn the basics.

On this journey he met a few friends, and they convinced him to start producing his own music aswell. Shortly after he made his debut on the producing scene with the track 'The Energy' that released on Mystic Carousel's compilation album which combined soulfull melodies together with a great vocal to back it up.

Few months passed and he came out with another track called 'Atomic' which has been released on "Ethereal Future" and has been featured on MixMag Turkey. Atomic found it's way upto the Italian duo of Carmine & Matteo better known as Tale of Us, they premiered his song in the Loft at 2019's ADE thus kickstarting his professional carreer.

Under his Asterium moniker, Jerome has been holding numerous residencies in Belgium (where he grew up), the Netherlands, France and Spain in the period from 1995 up to 2005
His moving melodic sets have garnered him a loyal following.
Arriving on the rocky shores of Malmö, Sweden in 2013 – Jerome immersed himself in the local scene.
Jerome started up “Deep House Sweden” to congregate an audience of like-minded souls that appreciates quality (deep)house and techno music. 
He's also one of the two founders of the Backyard Sessions during the summers  at Folkets Park - in addition, he works as a promoter for other events.
Helping out the label HMWL doing the A&R while developing Deep House Sweden into a label.

Oh yes, Jerome is a vinyl geek and very eclectic as a music lover, 
Classic, Blues, Jazz, Rock, Metal, Hard-Core, Hip Hop, Progressive, stuff ... no problem at all :)
