DMONICK is the artistic alias of David González, a Spanish-based composer and producer with over 20 years of experience in electronic and experimental music. Trained in  Music Composition in Long Beach, California, he has developed a distinctive style that blends ambient, electronic, orchestral, and world sounds—crafting sonic landscapes that defy genre boundaries.

His self-taught approach and artistic sensitivity have earned praise from specialized media such as Viberate, which describes his work as “hypnotic, bold, and emotionally magnetic.” Additionally, Electronic Sound Culture hails him as “one of the most singular creative minds in the  underground, capable of turning introspection into an immersive sonic experience.”

I record all my songs in my home studio, ‘Grimm Doo’, so called because according to legend it used to have a mixing desk which growled at people!  In ancient times I used to be the stage line-up of the cosmic band ELO. You can find me credited on the SECRET MESSAGES plus Jeff Lynne's ARMCHAIR THEATRE albums. Previous releases of mine include EARTH RISE (with Richard Tandy, ELO's keyboard player), but here you can listen to tracks from my 'Across the Divide' CD (2012) and tracks from my latest release - 'Bubbles', an album with my group 'MOrganisation'.
