Hailing from Tucson, Arizona, Copper & Congress is Katie Haverly, Patrick Morris, Rey Murphy, Teré Chapman-Fowler, Julius Schlosburg, and Mike Moynihan. The band merges their influences of indie-rock, jazz, folk and R&B. Only recently a six-piece, the band is currently working on a new album combining Folk, Hip Hop, and spoken-word poetry.

George Oldziey is a composer of music for video games and film, as well as a bandleader and jazz pianist.  Some of his film credits include Sin City, Spy Kids 3, Kill Bill vol. 2 and Grindhouse-Planet Terror.  His video game credits include 3 games in the EA Wing Commander series as well as Shaiya, Red Faction Guerrilla, Spongebob Squarepants; Revenge of the Flying Dutchman and Crimson Alliance.

I'm a Jazz vocalist, pianist and composer living in Austin Texas. I am extremely fortunate to be working with some of the best musicians in the world! When I'm not teaching voice in town or playing with my band in the few choice clubs that have jazz in Austin I'm playing in other major cities around the U.S. and on those wonderful rare occasions across Europe. I also sing with the Austin based Latin Jazz group, GATO6. I have 6 different c.d.s out (most recently Viewpoint records and Aardvark Records) and I'm almost finished with the tracks for a c.d. of all my own original compositions to be released in early December on Bus Biscuit Records. I have performed with, recorded with and or collaborated on compositions as lyricist with: Denny Zeitlin, David Friesin, Joshua Redman, Joe Henderson, Peggy Stern, Randy Porter, Doug Hall, Graham Lear, John Stowell, Mal Waldron to name a few.  I feel so fortunate to be doing what I love to do for a living, and only wish I could be doing more of it! 

Paul's the big butter and egg man behind Jazz Plays Dead, a Chicago jazz quintet which uses the Grateful Dead's repertoire as a basis for its bold improvisations.
