Born in Owerri (the Eastern part of Nigeria) JZTY (Omotuyole George Chidiebere, M.sc) who hails from Ondo State grew up in Mushin, one of the most remote areas of Lagos and attributes his musical prowess to participating in his local church and school competitions performing and miming gospel and secular songs, gaining notoriety from spectators in his locality. 
“The Gingerbread Man” as he also likes to be called has been an Underground act for quite a minute working with acts such as Oxlade, Ceeza Milli, Victor AD over the course of his song-writing career.
