Daniel J Bremner and Lauren Louise Green are a country pop duo hailing from the UK. The pair met whilst jamming in a studio session in 2016 and realised straight away they clicked musically. For the next year they worked on original music and realised that a common thread ran through all of their songwriting - the unmistakable sound of country. The duo then decided to hit the studio and work on developing their sound as country pop duo “The Good Lies.” 

Both Daniel and Lauren are seasoned entertainers individually and have toured UK stadiums with artists such as Kylie Minogue and Mcbusted. The duo write all their own songs with Lauren on lead vocals and dan rocking the guitar they put all their strengths together to create the magic of “The Good Lies.” 

The name “The Good Lies” was born from the realisation that every song written by the duo seemed to have a juxtaposition of some kind. A song can be sad but hopeful, powerful yet vulnerable, creating their identity as a song writing duo.
