Basstronauten – Der Puls der Berliner Clubszene

Seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2008 haben Basstronauten die Berliner Clubszene und darüber hinaus im Sturm erobert. Was als DJ-Duo begann, hat sich inzwischen zu einem einzigartigen Projekt entwickelt, das für kraftvollen Techno und Hardtechno steht. Durch die Kombination dieser Stile mit unerwarteten musikalischen Einflüssen haben sich Basstronauten einen festen Platz in den Herzen ihrer Zuhörer erobert.

Der Erfolg von Basstronauten beruht nicht nur auf ihrer Musikauswahl, sondern auch auf ihrer Fähigkeit, mit dem Publikum eine tiefe, emotionale Verbindung einzugehen. Ihre Sets sind mehr als nur musikalische Darbietungen – sie sind immersive Erlebnisse, die die Energie des Publikums widerspiegeln und verstärken. Jede Performance ist geprägt von einer ansteckenden Dynamik, die die Tanzfläche in eine kochende Party verwandelt.

Mit Unterstützung von AMP./Ostfunk hat das Projekt eine treue Anhängerschaft weit über Berlin hinaus aufgebaut. Ob in deutschen Clubs, auf internationalen Festivals oder bei exklusiven Events – Basstronauten schaffen es, mit ihrer vielseitigen Musik Menschen unterschiedlichster Geschmäcker zu vereinen und unvergessliche Momente zu kreieren.

Ursprünglich als DJ-Team gestartet, wird das Projekt seit 2015 von Daniel Domann als Soloprojekt fortgeführt. Dieser Schritt markiert eine neue Ära in der Geschichte von Basstronauten, die nicht nur die Reise des Projekts, sondern auch die Entwicklung von Daniel als Künstler widerspiegelt. Die Zukunft sieht vielversprechend aus – Basstronauten sind bereit, neue musikalische Horizonte zu erkunden und weiterhin die Herzen der Techno-Fans zu erobern.

Born and raised in Berlin, Daniel Boon is like his namesake, the American pioneer, never afraid of new pathways and ideas. And thus he moved from West Berlin to East Berlin's vibrant and trendy district Friedrichshain after the fall of the Wall. Here he was socialized with electronic music and soon began taking his first steps as a DJ in the Matrix Club in 1997. Shortly after, he started his own event series, “Electrosex”, which was accountable for numerous orgiastic party nights in various Berlin party locations. In his next endeavor, he joined forces with Oliver Tatsch: the first “Ostfunk Berlin” party was celebrated in the club Maria am Ostbahnhof in 2003. This bombshell of a party was soon followed by a new event series, “IncognitoBerlin”, held in the legendary old Tresor until the club's closing in 2005. That very year Boon and Tatsch launched Ostfunk Records, which has become one of Berlin's leading techno labels to date.
When Daniel Boon is not spinning the decks or organizing parties, he is producing new tracks. He has been releasing his own music since 2008, his first record being “Woop!” (OSTF007), which was remixed by Lützkirchen (“Drei Tage Wache”) and was received enthusiastically by critics and fans alike. In 2010, he teamed up with Stereo Jack to become JackDaniel – a high-volume techno project that saw its first release “DancingClappingScreamingShouting” (OSTF026) on Ostfunk Records in 2011.

Long before his decision to pursue a career as a DJ and producer, Berlin-based Dennis Beutler has been participating in the electronic music scene for years. As a self-taught artist behind the decks and in the studio, he quickly made his name in the local club scene. As a result, Dennis has been booked by popular venues and festivals not only in Germany but worldwide. He has performed at renowned international venues such as the Ministry Of Sound London, City Hall Barcelona, Kater Blau Berlin, Ritter Butzke Berlin, Jungle Experience Koh Phangan, Arosa Electronica Festival, Airbeat One Festival and many more.
He has rapidly established himself as an artist of real distinction in the house world and has solidified his spot as a must watch in the highly competitive tech house scene. Dennis has a strong intuition when it comes to reading his crowd and delivering a sound that is unique. His productions are known for having deep basslines, playful synths and powerful vocals that merge into dynamic dancefloor hits packed with a vibrant club-ready energy. 
Dennis has established himself as one of today’s most wanted among clubbers thanks to his vibrant mixes and groovy live sets. Recent years brought him successful releases on a variety of respected imprints including tastemaker labels like Ultra Music, Repopulate Mars, Glasgow Underground, Protocol Recordings, 303Lovers, Stashed Music and many more. 
In addition to his releases, Dennis finds that his music is increasingly being supported by some of the most iconic artists in the business such as Joel Corry, MK, Lee Foss, CID, David Guetta, Dj S.K.T, Nicky Romero and more.
After a few heavily scheduled years with a lot of releases and shows, the year ahead only promises more. Dennis is set to take his burning ambition to the next level! Keep your eyes and ears on this one because he is just warming up.
